We were greeted at 7 am by friendly and cheerful staff. The driver for the transfer was helpful and everything went smoothly on our trip back.Thank you.

From initial finding the site, which was well laid out with good signing and parking bays. The process of departure was very well controlled. Staff were helpful and coach transport was prompt and efficent. In a nutshell a smooth operation at a good price. A little extra time allowance paid handsome dividends. A mobile was handy on return as I did not readily see a landline in order to obey the instructions on phoning. My keys were quickly obtained and I was on my way home without further delay.

Both the staff and service are excellent and well worth using. I have used their services for some years now. Always the same......very good.

First return coach (part full only) did not stop for us. 2nd coach stopped at "wrong end" of long queue (no reason - plenty of space at head of queue) so "just arrived" pax took all the spaces on the coach leaving the people who had waited longest. 3rd driver surly and clearly not enjoying his job!

Have used Aph 3 times now and every time they have offered excellent service and value for money and wiil definately use them next time i fly from Gatwick.

We had to travel all the way from Leeds to Gatwick for our flight and after much deliberation we decided on APH. It was so easy and they were really helpful... I couldn't have asked for any more.

Postcode allowed GPS to locate car peark exactly. Quick and easy booking in, even though forgot confirmation. Transfer slightly longer than expected although coach was ready for us to board in both directions. All coaches seem to visit Gatwick South and then North terminal.

To say that the service was impecable would be doing it an injustice. APH made sure that our holiday started in the best possible way. From our arrival, we were made to feel very much at ease. Friendly desk staff, a cheerful coach driver and quick transfer. My girlfriend even relaxed. WOW! What more could you ask for to get you in the holiday mood. EVERYONE should use APH....! Many thanks for a great service.....hopefully we'll see you again in September.

We have used APH a few times now and every time has been a smooth hassle free experience. The compound is secure the transfers are regular and staff all very friendly, we would definitely recommend.

The reception staff could be a little more friendly, not quite so brusque. Apart from that the whole experience from on line reservation to finally picking up the car after our holiday was very good.

always used aph in the past. However, the last trip we had to wait much longer to be met at the airport and my car was not brought to the entrance even though i had phoned when i landed.

We arrived at the horrible hour of 3am for an early morning flight, and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Within no time we were on a warm and speedy coach for the airport. It was the same on or return- we followed the steps given to us on our ticket, and the coach came to collect us within minutes and our car easily accessible. It was great not to have to spend any time waiting around.

The coach transfer was convenient, the coaches ran every 15 minutes and the drivers were helpful. The car was parked safely and securely. This is the second time I have used APH and would recommend them to friends and family.

Will definitel use APH again. The drop off and collection service was excellent. They do however also drop off at Gatwicl South terminal too, which is different from the description on the internet. Factor this into your timings! A first class service.

we were really pleased with our car parking. the staff are friendly and helpful. the transfers to and from the airport ran very smoothly. the whole experience was very proffessional and we were completly stisfied with every aspect of our expereince of using this parking service

Everything about parking was trouble free and swift allowing us to get to and from the airport very quickly. All staff were very polite even in the early hours of the morning.

How refreshing to find a British company that offers such a reliable, efficient, value for money service. With APH parking it was simple to book, easy to find and an absolute pleasure to use. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Arrived at the park and the staff were very helpful and there was a coach waiting to take us to airport so very quick transfer. Arrived home from holiday and called up park coach arrived in approx 5 mins and took us straight back car was there waiting in same state it was left and nice quick collection of keys. Arrived, parked the car, booked in and stepped straight onto the transfer coach. A very smooth and simple process. On return the coach was waiting for us, the car was parked close to reception ready for us to collect, we were away in minutes. A faultless process,very efficient and very reasonable price. Will use again without hesitation.
