Good start to my visit to Guernsey .Lost no time in parking reached the airport on schedule.Impressd even though I have used this facility several times before.Same on return.Good value .

It was a quick and easy transfer from the parking aria to the airport, both going and on my return, easy to find with good dirrections, very competively priced but still efficient.

Coaches run on time and liaise frequently with the controller to avoid traffic jams. On my return my car was parked at the front so it was a short walk to carry my luggage.

Everything went as one would wish. The delivering to the airport went without a hitch and arranging the pick up on arrival at the airpot on return was trouble free. I would certainly recommend this company to all my friends.

Sometimes you are left feeling ripped off by a grotty airport parking experience, but not this time. Everything was quick, efficient and friendly, as well as good value. I'll be delighted to use APH again.

Easy to find, easy to park and understand the system operated. The staff were completely happy and efficient, those outside moving the vehicles and those inside as well.

Directions to the car park were very easy to follow. Upon arrival everything was very straightforward,parking/ check in procedure fast and efficient. Staff were happy and helpful to assist. Coach driver very pleasant. Helps to put you in the holiday mood from the word go.

The site was easy to find and not too far from the airport, staff very friendly and helpful,coaches warm & comfortable. I will use APH again.

Just an hour from touchdown at T3 to being dropped off by our car at 5.30 am. And when I asked the helpful driver, in a moment when I first couldn't find the parking bay number, he assured me that Airport Express staff would help. We'll be back!

APH mentioned nowhere in the booking process that their coaches aren't wheelchair accessible. If they had've done I would not have booked them. We were unable to use them and had to book another car park at great expense the night before our flight. Their customer service was less than helpful, suggesting I drop off the others at the airport and then come back and park the car. We were staying at J11 on the M23, they're at J10 and the airport is at J9. It was ridiculous to expect us to drive past and then me come back on my own. We had to be at the airport at 530am so I obviously didn't want to be adding time onto parking the car!!

Good directions to find place. Further from airport than we expected but in the event journey only took 12 minutes. Efficient staff. When we returned after our holiday, the bus arrived as we reached bus stop. Very nice, helpful driver. Our car was waiting for us near where the bus stopped (none of the interminable walks through long term carparking.) Back at our car in 15 minutes from Gatwick terminal no 2 and on our way home. Very satisfied with it all. Thank you.

We recieved a very good friendly and helpful and on time service both on the outbound and inbound journeys would reccommend.

the transfers were spot on and the staff friendly and helpful even at the ungodly hour that we travelled car was ready for us when we arrived back so all in all an excellant service thank you

The directions were excellent and the service when I arrive, was quick and efficient. Almost as soon as I had booked in, the coach was ready to leave. When I returned, I telephoned and then collected my bags and by the time I had made my way to the pick up stop, the coach had arrived. I was traveling in the early hours both ways, on my own and I felt safe which was what I wanted and the costs was the best price I found. I will certainly use APA again.

my flight was a day late comeing back i rang the carpark the staff could not have been nicer they said not too worry and to ring when i landed and was not even charged for the extra day. how kind was that .

The only slight problem we had was finding exactly where to pick up the coach on arrival back at Gatwick. The location directions were a little confusing as to which road in front of the arrivals the coach would be. With a lot of traffic and many people it is easy to miss - as we did for 10 mins!. Other than than we have no complaints - we use you at the various airports anyway. Well done.
