We use APH several times a year - they are always helpful and friendly and the service is easy and efficient. Highly recommended!

Very efficient service - fast check in & collection of keys. Prompt collection by cheery driver. Despite the distance APH offer good value for money. My only minor gripe was that there was torrential rain on our return at night and car was parked with passenger side in 2-3 inch puddle! Still, APH aren't responsible for the great british weather so musn't grumble too much. Would use you again.

The whole experience was very smooth, car dropped off, coach was waiting. Driver loaded baggage. Given instructions on what to do upon return. Collection: Made a very quick phone call whilst waiting for baggage, waited 5 minutes for the coach at the station. Keys and car ready and waiting. Will use again.

I was a little concerned prior to the holiday because I had never used off airport parking before. However I have to say it could not have gone any smoother. The coach left for the airport within 10 minutes of our arrival and it was probably less time to wait when we returned. The car was parked close to reception and within 5 minutes of arriving back at APH, we were on our way. All in all it could'nt have been easier or smoother.

Good value and even though I arrived back at 1.30am the bus pulled up as I arrived at the bus stop to get me home.

Do not worry about parking here, your car will be safe!Also,the efficient shuttle service means very few minutes wait (either way).

I have always been too worried to leave my car at a random carpark for a long period of time and had visions of my car being driven about or worse still damaged. But when we saw the price of a weeks parking compared with the alternatives of getting an expense coach service to the airport we decided to risk it. When we pulled up to the carpark at 3am I was more than pleasantly surprised. There are 4 cameras on the entrance gate alone. The places is walled in and floodlit. You pull up and go to the friendly reception desk, meanwhile a lovely coach driver had already started loading our cases onto the coach. A quick check in of the car and we were on the coach leaving my car being driven off to its space for a week. On arrival at Gatwick the driver unloaded our cases and then verbally directed us to departures. A week later we returned, the coach was waiting for us and a quick car made sure that my car was waiting for us when we got back to the carpark. It was a friendly professional service and I would recommend it to anyone traveling from Gatwick.

Simplicity all the way through, from booking to parking to transfers. We always use APH as best all round value combined with peace of mind.

The service was great and punctual. The Staff were very helpful and accommodating especially as travelling with an infant.Directions to APH were very clear and your transition from he car park to the terminal was very prompt. On return, waited approx 5 mins for the coach to appear and driver was very helpful and absolutely no probs with car collection. Would definetely use APH again. Used Air Parks before this trip formerly BCP and the service/mode of transport was quite poor. So am very pleased we switched to APH.

We found the car parking area easily having received good directions.The service was efficient prompt and friendly. I needed to add an extra day after having allready made the booking on line and after a telephone call this was done with ease and no problems occured-highly recommended

staff were polite, driver was friendly and helpful, would have been nice to have car brought over to me as I was so tired to lok for my car after a long journey. otherwise good, would use again.

I was very impressed, everything went smoothly going and our return couldn't have been simplier.....very good service and I would use them again without hesitation.

APH was very efficient, with no waiting at either the car park or airport ends (even on Xmas Day !)..... Would use you again !

Pick up from airport on arrival was quick which on this occasion was appreciated as it was a very cold, foggy night and I just wanted to get home as quick as possible. Car all ready and waiting. Excellent service. Have used before and will again provided price stays competitive.

coach drivers could do with being a bit more plesant bit slow at desk on arrival at car park. overall good value with modern coaches to transfers

Our main problem on returning to the car was defrosting it, which took some time as it was very cold and in common with most airport parking the cars are in the open. It would have been a bonus if the cars had all been given a spray of deicer!

I found the staff at the desk friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my experience was short lived when I discovered on my return from my holiday that there was some damage to my car. ( front of car)I am trying to sort this with APH at present.

did not have to wait for too long for transfers and the place was not too difficult to locate. Will use again

Found the booking in and retrieval procedures easy,with a minimum of paperwork. The collection service was efficient and quality coaches were provided. At the compound people were friendly and competent. I had worried that being off the airport site and a cheaper service this may be a problem but this was definetly not the case. I would use APH for my next trip.
