It suited us very well as we come from the East side of the county and did not have to drive to the airport.

The directions given are very easy and straight forward to follow and we found the car park very easily. Staff were very friendly and helful. Coach driver helped us with the children on and off the coach, which sometimes is very hard to come by. The staff were very friendly and after a delayed flight was lovely as it was the early hours of the morning. Highly recommended and will definatly use again.

Staff were helpful and quick. Bus drivers very polite and would go out of their way to help us with a toddler. Could not have wished for a better service.

Very quick booking the car in on arrival and departure. Not far to the airport and left in plenty of time for checking in. On return, the pick up was quick after making a phone call from buggage collection, the coach was a 5 minute wait in the pick up area. Takes the stress out of worrying about car parking knowing the vehicle is left in a secure area. Would recommend!

Easy on-line booking and clear instructions about location and procedures for arrival/departure. Easy to find from the M23 and friendly efficient reception. Very helpful drivers giving good information about terminals etc. Very useful shop on site with good range of essential groceries when you return. Finally, they were the cheapest deal we could find so represent excellent value for money. My only small minus points are the distance from the terminals (approx.15 mins by coach), the fact that you are dropped off at the lower arrivals level and have to make your way upstairs to departures.

good service friendly staff but a bit haphazard with recording actual vehicle positions. All in all I would use them again.

Turned up, dropped off the car, and got on the bus to the airport. Directions were clear, and picking up the car when we got back ran smoothly as well.

APH was easily located due to the very clear instructions which was neccasary due to the early hour which we had to be there. all staff was very polite, straight to the point and friendly. The coach driver was especially comforting for my son of two and a half who was fasinated with the coach and how it works. Overall the experience was great and I will be using them again.

Have used APH numerous times, have never encountered a problem. Their service is friendly and efficient. More than happy to leave my car with them while I am away.

The staff were very helpful when we arrived there...only tip would be to provide slightly better directions as they were slightly confusing. the buses were regular and no fighting for space!!!

I don't normally do feedback unless I get poor service, but I thought the level of service APH Parking gave me was excellent. The attitude of the staff was very good, no matter what time of day or night. As I am a director of a small business that relies on a high level of service for custom I know how difficult it can be to get the right staff.I couldn't citicise APH Parking In any way.

APH communicate well, offer and efficient service with friendly and helpful staff. Procedures were explained well and the transfers to and from the airport were on time. We would definitely use APH again for our airport parking.

On arriving at APH you know that you'll be at the airport safely in a matter of minutes. The driver stows your luggage - you sit back and relax. The return is much the same. I use APH each time I use Gatwick !

We have used A P H,on several occassions,and unlike others,service has been maintained.We have found all staff,friendly curtious,and helpfull in the extreme,we have a bisabled son and the last time we used A P H,the staff would even allow me to lift the cases out of my car,that is beyond the call of duty.We intend useing them on many more occassions

The car park was easy to find with the instructions. The staff were very friendly when we arrived and the coach trip was quick and stress free. We were delayed 18 hours on our flight home and they were very helpful and didn't charge us for the extra day. Would definately use them next time we travel.

Car park was easy to find, coach waiting when we arrived and cases were put on coach while checking in. Return coach wait was less than 5 minutes and keys were ready when we arrived back at car park. Transfers in a proper comfortable coach was quick and efficient. When travelling from Gatwick again will certainly use APH
