We were very happy with the kind courteous staff and the services offered to us,airport transfers were made so much easier with the help we received from APH. We will happily use them again for our next holiday.

We just missed an outward coach to the airport so fair enough, but there seemed a rather lengthy wait for the return collection.

Easy to find and good staff, helpful and cheerful. On return there wasn't enough baggage space on the coach although plenty of seats so had to wait for the next bus. Managed to get on that but again not everyone did so then went to North terminal to drop off other passengers before returning to the South terminal again to pick up the remaining passengers. Might use again or try another service to see if they're better

Very pleased with the service, security and frequency of transfers. Staff were polite and helpful and the car was waiting for me promptly when I arrived. No complaints and would use again and reccomend to others.

Have been using APH for quite a few years and although there are off-airport sites we find it easier to use APH than the on-airport sites which always seem to be much busier and less organised. The coaches are always regular, no undue waiting, and the drivers alwyas cheerful and helpful. Can recommend the service.

All processes of the parking arrangements were as good as I had hoped, this being my first time using APH. The guidance to their facility was good, the process on arrival, all be it early in the morning, was efficient and the same can be said on return. Was as good an experience as we have had with other companies but cheaper.

What more could one want than a truly professional, reliable and friendly service as was delivered by APH parking. From check-in to getting to arriving at the airport the service was brilliant. Even the coach drivers were brilliant with a great sense of humour at 5.30am. I wont be parking anywhere else in future.

from arrival to park the car and drop off at the airport to start our hols and then being picked up from the airport by the coach and collecting the car we could not fault aph or any of the staff . our experience was so good we will be booking with them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Having had a bad experience with a previous company it was refreshing to get back to some decent service with APH. Service was excellent and all transfers to and from the car park to Airport punctual. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We had to come home early and our car was available as soon as we arrived at the car park Compared to some parks we have used this park was easy to find and was very organised and secure

The staff were very friendly and efficient checkin with the car took less than a minute, bags loaded on coach for us, car waiting on return and again less than a minute to collect keys and drive away. Directions to carpark very clear.

I changed car details twice and always got a swift response. Drivers very helpful with all the luggage....and the staff dealing with the keys quick and efficent. Thank you

Friendly, Efficient, and cost effective. M23 Blocked no problem they seem to a have stand by route that in most cases still gets you to Gatwick airport with time to spare..Arrive back UK coach is there within the allocated time..There is not much more positive indicators one can give or that one can praise this Company for. I feel that it's business model seems to satisfy not only me but many hundreds of others who seem to use these facilities time and time again..Well done too the team of APH Parking..

APH is really easy to find. The whole service was efficient and speedy. I would most definitely use APH again.

Having had disappointing, and more expensive, use of other car parks around Gatwick I booked with APH based on its scores from other users, its facilities and charges. I was impressed by the efficient online reservation system, check-in, luggage handling and comfortable coach to the airport terminal. On return, the car collection procedure was swift and straightforward. I shall certainly use APH again.

Direction to the site were accurate and easy to follow. Reception on arrival and departure was quick and friendly and transport to and from the terminal rapid, the driver on the return journey being particularly helpful(He carried our bags to the car!).We shall use you again.
