I have used APH for several years and cannot find anyone to better them. Transfers are always quick and punctual, especially on the return journey and the coach driver is always friendly and helpful. These facts coupled with a secure car park for my vehicle ensures my return to APH trip after trip.

Generally I'd say that the APH system was well thought out and well executed..... the place was easy to find, a coach was there waiting for me, the system was simple enough to use..... However, my experience there was tarnished slightly by 2 things.... The first, on my departure, wasn't in their control and probably applies to all courtesy coach drops at Gatwick South, namely that, if you need a trolley for your bags, you then have to push it up 4 layers of ramps to get up to the departures level...... the coach arrives in the equivalent of the basement, I'd say. I have ME and was exhausted by the time I got to the top, but saw no-one to ask or to help me - until I got to the top when a girl said that there was a lift, but for registered disabled people only. I think this is a crazy arrangement - I can't be the only person who is less than fully disabled but who might have difficulty pushing their luggage uphill for a significant distance. Whatever lift arrangement there is, it should be better signposted and available to anyone with any mobility problems. The second thing was that, when I returned to my car, the radio settings had been altered and also, I later discovered, the hidden drawer under the passenger seat had been opened and, presumably, searched, tho there'd been nothing of value in it. I did ask at reception at the time and they were very apologetic and said employees were forbidden to use the radios etc., so I guess it was just one bad apple, but it still put a bit of a question mark over an otherwise good experience.

Easy and friendly check-in, coach ready to board. Driver was helpful with loading and unloading cases, going and return. Have used before and will again

APH Parking was the best value parking when we compared prices. We have used them before and found them very satisfactory.

All ok and as expected but as we were travelling with young children the transfers were a bit of a pain, it was also in the early hours and in future we will make sure we use meet and greet. The staff were very friendly and coach drivers very jolly and helpful.

The girl at the reception desk asked the coach driver to wait for me before leaving. I wasn't expecting such an efficient service for the money and location but the customer service was better than some of their larger competitors.

I experienced no delays in parking or waiting for a coach either on departure or arrival. An excellent service which I will use again, thank you.

tired after long trip home easy to get on wrong bus when more than one company uses same same bus stop.

With no fuss at all..... we arrived at Gatwick in plenty off time for our flight.... having parked and be driven to the North Terminal in a comfy coach with a frindly driver....all relaxed and ready for our holiday. The service and value for money when parking is 5 star. Will park again.!!

Staff were courteous, no hanging around, coach was comfortable, directions and process easy to follow. First rate!

Very good. The only matter that might be worth consideration is that we were unsure whether to travel to the north or the south terminal. Our on-line plane ticket did not say and the driver was unable to advise. I know that this is outside your remit but it would be helpful if your drivers had this information.

I would definately use APH again. They were really efficient and friendly and professional. The whole process was very staightforward and with no hassle.

We knew from the simple and clear information provided exactly what to do both ways. We had virtually no waiting time, travelled in comfort on the transfer coach and our car was waiting to be driven away as soon as we arrived at the APH base. We were very impressed.

Greeted warmly despite the hour of the morning!Prompt transfer each way. Will definitely use them again.

Very happy with your service. My only critisism is that I initially drove past your premises. You logo is great, but does not jump out and 'grab me by the throat'. Maybe an additional signposting board with large clear capital letters APH would help. Thanks for a great service.

We've used APH parking several times now and have always found the staff friendly, the shuttle bus service frequent and the car has always been safe and secure. They are competitively priced and are excellent value for money

When an event goes as as you would like it to, there is little to say. This is most important when returning to the UK at one o'clock in the morning. APH were great.

The check in was very efficient and quick. I did have a problem on the way back looking for a phone between passport control and customs. I eventually found a bank of phones at the passport control level, but hidden behind a temporary partition - not on the baggage collection level (worth changing the instruction card or making a check). The retrieval of my car was as efficiently dealt with. I would definitely recommend APH if I fly from Gatwick again.

all positive apart from the confusing 'how - to - get - back' section on the return ticket. I got back late at night and had to ask someone where to find the phone. He directed me downstairs and then in a rather 'Pythonesque' manner, there seemed too be a Gatwick staff member present on every corner to guide me to the mysterious phone. When i found it I couldn't get through - it was just dead. However, I eventually found a scrwaled number on it for you which I tried and succeeded with. Please review this!

Everything was perfect! My only hint is that if your navigator lead you to a completely irrelevant place, don't panic! You are almost there, just keep going a bit more in the same direction (it's maybe less than a minute away).
