i have used courtlands for the past ten years! inwhich time i have never been offered a discount for loyalty! the only response i have ever had was to try and charge me once for turning up a little eary!(to work out your exact travelling time is nigh impossible!)and also to try and charge me extra! because i had to wait for a delay in the baggage area! needless to say i will be looking elsewhere in future as i feel annoyed at the service i have received

we found the service at courtlands very good. everything well organised and efficient. However, it would be better if the coaches ran more frequently than every 20 mins.We had to wait quite a while (35 mins) for our coach to arrive as there were summer specials coaches which other Courtlands customers weren't allowed to use.

Overall a very satisfactory parking experience. The only minor irritation was that the route from the carpark back to the motorway was not well sign posted and consequentley I am sure we did not take the most direct route. However we did not actually get lost!

On return I discovered my black fiat had been deeply scratched on the bonnet ,possibly by cats or similar.Courtlands have refused to acknowledge the damage had happened while parked at their facility.this took the edge off my holiday.I will not use Courtlands again

This is the second year we have used Courtlands for parking at Gatwick during our summer holiday. Both times we have had efficient service. It is only a few yards walk from dropping off your car to reception to leave your keys and then to the courtesy coach. Although the car park is off the airport you literally walk through a gate in the fence to the coutesy coach (10 yards from reception). It takes less than five minutes on the coach to the south terminal. Car was ready and waiting on return. We will use Courtlands again when flying from gatwick.

Brilliant! Only a few minutes away from the terminal, parking was a breeze not like the other car parks whereby you look for a parking space then walk miles to the bus stop! Also on pick up car was just a few steps away. Admin desk were efficient and quick. Excellent service will recommend. Thanks

Meet and greet staff had a ready smile - nice and smooth service. Needed a better set of directions/map or signposting on local roads. Perhaps a redesign of bus layout would be good in the future. It was difficult to lift heavy cases onto racks when last on. Perhaps something like railway carriages would be better ie. spaces behind the seats and more floor level stacking capacity.

Excellent! Very near South Terminal. Good, clear directions to car park, v straightforward - on arrival parked car outside reception, handed in voucher & keys and jumped on transfer bus and away we went! Return was equally as good, had to wait about 10 mins for transfer bus but other than that, perfect. Would use again.

easy to find very prompt.we arrived at the carpark at 1.15am and had no trouble at all booked the cars in and straight on to the coach.Within 5 mins we were at the airport excellent.On the way back we were only at the bus stop for 5 mins and the coach was there.

We found the carpark easily, parked and transfered to the airport speedily. On return, the car was parked very close to the bus drop off point and getting the keys back and leaving the site was simplicity itself. We have recommended the service to friends who use Gatwick airport.

I was shocked at the lengthy route we had to drive to reach the entrance. It added a great deal more travelling time on to our journey and was really hard to find. It made the arrival really stressful and I definitely wouldn't use the car park again!

Way tricky to find off the motorway at 2am, and the directions on the internet didn't quite make sense. Quick processing once arrived though, and quick transfers to airport. On return internet advice re where to go for transfers was incorrect, directing us down 3 stories only to find out it was up 3 stories where we had started. Mildly frustrating at 4am. Otherwise very good service, no damage, and radar detector left in car was still in place.

In my opinion its the best priced and easiest car park to use at Gatwick where you can feel confident that your car will be secure. Last year I had to return early for an unexpected funeral and they were very helpful in finding my car and getting me on my way.

After receiving excellent customer service on holiday in Canada it was very disappointing to be met the most ignorant miserable coach drivers I have ever met. I appreciate that I arrived on a day that was hectic at Gatwick BUT all the more reason to have a helpful coach driver and not one who did not even want to stop to pick up passengers. If not for him I would have scored the rest of your staff highly.

Excellent value for money. There was only one problem which was to do with finding you (and getting back to the M3) The former was mostly clear - there was one sign which appeared a little unclear - it was when you take a turning off the roundabout leading to the crematorium and in fact do what amounts to a u turn to find the crem. This was not l0po0 percent clear. Otherwise no problems.

Very close to airport, when we got there it was about 2.00am but it was very well lit and secure, easy to see what you had to do,were taken to airport right away, and the same when we got back, waited no more than 5mins to be taken back to car. staff helpful. Very good value for money. took all the stress away on return.

We found courtlands to give great service. The staff were friendly and gave us exact details where and how to pick the bus back up from when we returned from our holiday. Would use them again and again like we have done in the past for making the holiday hasssel free!!!!!!

Second time booking with Courtlands and both occasions they had overbooked and redirected us to long term car park. Had to find own car park space and bus stop. Overcrowded bus, trouble with luggage. We booked with private company to avoid this hassle.

I was very pleased with the honesty of the reception staff at Courtlands. I left my bag in reception at 1am and by the time we got home there was a message saying they had found it. We collected it the next day and everything was still in the bag. Would recommend the service and use it again.

The car park is a fair distance from the M23 (and off a different Junction to the airport itself), but the transfer by coach to airport was exremely quick (5mins). Lighting good (we departed at night) and signposting clear, staff friendly and efficient.
