Have used many Gatwick car parking services in the last fifteen or so years. I must say that this was by far the quickest drop off and transfer to the airport I can ever remember. I was also a little confused as I am sure that Courtlands nust have taken over Gatwick Parking as I clearly remember it being on the same site. I don't however remember the transfer bus using the back entrance to the facility which has really speeded everything up.

You are by far the nearest long-term car park. This is the second time we have used you successfully. It did not matter that we brought a different car than the one we registered on the site. So do you really need the number plate of the car first? Some other people might find that a hassle.

I was advised that using this car park transfered you the north terminal. This was not the case, although it was not too difficult. Felt a bit sorry for the elderly couple who thought the same thing and had quite a distance to carry their luggage. Very speedy though...well done!

We didn't find the car park hard to find, quick check in but had to wait 15 minutes or so for a coach.You load the cases on the coach yourself which may be a problem for elderly or disabled people.Friendly staff and efficient retrieval of keys and car on our return.

The site was easy to find and parking on arrival was straight forward. Security appeared to be good and our car was in perfect condition and close to reception on our return. The transfer coach was clean and the journey was only a few minutes to the airport departure point.On our return a coach was actually waiting and the return to the car park was very quick. Altogether a very smooth and reliable service.

We have repeatedly used courtlands car park and rely appreciate it's closeness to Gatwick south terminaland the value for money. Last time I travelled on my one with my three year old son and the thing I appriciated most was the help and understanding received from the coachdriver/assistant when stuggling with child,luggage and buggy. So,thank you! We will be parking with you again.

Finding the car parking was very easy and the driver on the way to the airport was very friendly and helpful. Coming back, I guess the driver was ok but didn't help with luggage. I know his job is to drive us to and from, but the first driver (Scottish) was really helpful and I guess spoilt us. We will definitely be using you and recommending you when we travel from gatwick again.

Courtlands was easy to locate from directions provided. Car was dropped off and we were able to get on with our holiday with no worries of gettin trains, bus, taxi, etc. Reception were helpful and transfers ran smoothly. When we returned from our holiday, the car was parked relatively close (always good after a long day). Would choose this option again!

Everything went as smoothly as could be expected. The bus journey to and from the airport was very short 4/5 minutes at most. On our return to Gatwick after a long 12 hour overnight flight we were very pleased to find a bus waiting at the stop and we were back at the car park and on our way home in a few minutes.

This is the first time that I have used this carpark. However, apart from the initial trip to find it, it was just the same as Parking Express although cheaper. Will definitely use again.

Very pleased indeed. We felt the car was safe and sound in their care and the transfer to and from the airport was very quick and stress free. One little consideration after flying in from the States, all the drivers there help with bags, help required or not, and certainly help is given to those with children - NOT us! The comment yelled down the bus by our driver from his seat to another passenger 'Oy, you can't leave that there, skip!', after which he made a snide comment to another rider, made us realise sadly that we were back home again... Otherwise, the parking, great, we'll use them again!

After booking we found out that the coach did not go to the north terminal. Courtlands staff were very helpful and said that once dropped at south terminal you can get the free mono rail to north terminal and reverse journery on way home which we did and this was very easy to do. So even if this was the case next time I would still use Courtlands car park.

On arrival, dealt with immediately in a friendly and efficient manner, and this was at 3 o'clock in the morning with a very quick transfer to the airport terminal. On return must have just missed a bus as had to wait about 15 minutes, but no problem as when we got to collect our car it took just a couple of minutes and we were away.

Finding Courtlands was not such a big problem, a little detoured considering it is so close to the airport. Transport to the airport was ok. Coming back, we felt that other parking providers ran a busier service, whilst we waited and watched and waited. Also I did feel that the £7.xx charged for late arrival was a bit steep, its bad enough that we were delayed 5 hours by the airline! All-in-all not to bad and I would consider using Courtlands again in the future.

Upon my return a very rude boy called chris deliberately over charged me and then pretended it was all my fault so he could cause me maximum inconvenience by contacting the main apcoa office to arrange a refund. Huh! Nasty wee boy. Please display these comments to serve as a warning to others.

We would definitely use Courtlands Parking again. Directions given were excellent. Checked in quickly and were immediately transfered to the airport. Only a 5 minute drive away. On return we easily found the pick up point. Just missed one coach but the next one arrived 15 minutes later.

We have used Courtlands on a number of occasions but have tried others in the last yaer. Courtlands are efficient have improved their transfer system and the car is always ready for collection and easy to find. The online sevrice is good and overall good value for money particularly compared to other car parks.

Drove to car park with no problems. We have free rail travel but coming home in the early hours there is no rail transport. Last year we got a taxi home ( 30 miles ) and it cost more than parking for the week at Courtlands. We had the convenience of having our car near the airport and had to wait at the most 5mins for a shuttle bus to the car park at both ends. It was such fantasic value and so convenient, we would certainly have no hesitation in using, or recommending, Courtlands in the future.

I have used Courtlands a few times now and I think it is excellent - it only takes 1 min to get to the terminal (South) and about 2 mins back! Your car is always parked up close by and the staff are freindly and helpful. The buses are every 20 mins and I always seem to turn up just as one has gone (typical!) - would be useful to have more frequent buses but just a 'nice to have' as every 20 mins is more than enought.

Our flight landed at 0100hrs and we phoned the company once we got through customs. We waited over 30 minutes for a transfer coach which was surprising as the carpark is less than 10 minutes drive away. However - we got to our car quickly and were on our way home by 0230. I would imagine during the day this is a quicker service - but it was tiring waiting that long at night.
