The drop off service was excellent. We phoned when instructed and the chap was waiting when we arrived. Unfortunately on pick up we rang when leaving the baggage carousel as instructed but had to ring again after 25 minutes - apparently our phone call had been put in the wrong pile. When our second phone call was received our car arrived within 5 minutes, which was very prompt. A refreshing thing was that the guy offered no excuses and apologised, rather than attempting a silly yarn. It's a shame the missed call soured my opinion of Maple Manor parking but I am will ing to give them the benefit of the doubt and use them again.

I have used Maple Manor parking 6 times in the last 3 years and have always found the service to be excellent. Why waste all that time going to & fro off site parking when you can just turn up at the airport, where someone is waiting to take your car and the same on the return journey. The ONLY downside this time was the driver did not help us lift the cases out of the car or help us put them back in, but it was his loss he never got a tip.

Why on earth do we have to mess around paying £2.50 CASH when we drop of or pick up between 00:00 - 06:00. I tell you in advance my arrival/departure time - why can't you charge my credit card. The guys who deliver the car never have any change!

Very easy to book, very easy instructions to follow, they were there waiting for us on both occasions, you couldn't ask for anything more and we will certainly use them again and reccomend them highly!!

Brillient service, especially if you have young children travelling with you. Hassle free because you are at the point of depature and, don't have to consider getting on and off transfer coaches with luggage.

Very punctual and polite. Initial phone call to notify our arrival was handled efficiently with clear instructions on how to proceed. Efficient hand over and explanation of return process meant our quick exit towards departures. Punctual return of car meant a quick exit home. Does what it says on the box.

On the return of my car it looked as if it had been parked in the middle of a building site. The amount of dust and grit that accumulated over the week took 3 attempts to remove using a hose pipe beford the application of a washing agent and equipment (Hose brush)

Had to wait approx 15-20 minuites for car to meet me. I called the mobile number as asked once I had my luggage and was clear of customs. Still had to pay the extra £2.50 for out of hours service resulting from when I dropped my car off. Would use again though!

having the car collected and delivered before and after the holiday was just fantastic. I would recommend it to everyone. Make it part of the holiday, and enjoy the trouble free experiance.

The car was just pulling up outside for us to collect when we left the terminal so the timing was good.The staff were courteous when we dropped the car off and when it was delivered back to us.

Maple Manor were recommended to us, first time using the service. Normally park and take transfer coach into terminal. More relaxing, great staff on phone and on meeting and greeting. Very nice service, wouldn't hesitate to use Maple Manor again although not cheap but worth it!

Can't believe we used to park our car ourselves, wait for a bus (usually in the rain) to get us to the departure terminal. This was so much better and made for a good start to our holiday.

What a fantastic service. We were travelling with 4 children under 5yrs and both ways the car park staff were waiting for us, making it so much easier. would highly reccomend.

Instructions on where to stop the car were not clear, I had to phone several times to ascertain the correct place. I had wanted to stop outside the passenger drop-off but was told not to, but I should have because they then told me to park the furthest away from the entrance and it was windy and raining and I have 2 babies and had a lot of luggage. Waited 10 mins for driver to collect car. On return I waited 5-10 mins for the car, which was slightly muddy outside. The mileage was 12 miles, although the website had stated that up to 5 miles would be put on the car. Overall, this is an essential service if you are travelling with babies or small children, or have a lot of luggage. Having the car collected saves you lugging everything onto a coach, and saves a lot of time too. Turned out to be 30-odd quid more than off-airport parking for the same period of time, but it saved a lot of time and hassle, and I'm sure it was easier to find than an off-airport carpark as well. Worth the extra money in my opinion, and I may use them even when the kids are older because it is so convenient.

We were waiting for at least half an hour on collection. We were also charged an extra £2.50 for early drop off. While we would have been happy with a charge it should have been charged at the outset since it was clear from the booking time that it should have been included in the cost. When we returned the driver had no change at all and we paid £5 and have yet to see our change or a reply to my earlier email on this.

Prompt, punctual and pleasant. I would definitely use Maple Manor again. The price offers great value for money, being comparable with a 1 week stay in the airport carpark.

Would definately use again but although car had been cleaned before we dropped it off (inside and out), it was extremely muddy on drivers side upon collection,

The car parking was the best part of our journey, our planes were delayed both ways, and the transfers were appalling, so thank you for at least making your part of the journey smooth.It was a relief to see you waiting for us on our arrival back home, on time and with a professional but friendly attitde. We will definatley use you again

I duly called the number given when near the airport. The gentleman was there to take my car. It went v smoothly. On my return, I called the number again but still found ourselves waiting in windy/snowy conditions for at least 20 minutes. Not great when travelling with 2 young children. Perhaps the traffic was bad - it gets v congested in that pick up area. Still, the car was in one piece and I didn't have to lug v heavy suitcases on and off buses! I would definitely use the service again though, as it's a godsend with young children. It still has to be better, I'm sure than waiting for courtesy buses and pulling muscles!
