We had to wait a long time for our car to be collected from us at Gatwick when we arrived, this meant that the traffic warden kept moving us on and we had to drive around the airport 4 times when I called the office the man on the phone was rude and wasnt really bothered. The driver however was very polite and we had no problem on our return journey.

Great service and particularly as we arrived back in the UK at 2.30 a.m. and didn't have the hassle of getting a bus and finding our car. Didn't quite understand the £2.50 charge for the early morning arrival though - why not just build it into the price at booking?

I have used your company for the past two years and intend to use the service again. The staff on site have been very friendly. Our family travels from London and Eastbourne so to arrive at Gatwick in our own cars and to know that all we have to do is hand over the keys and go to departures is great. Thank You.

With the use of mobile communication, waiting for collection and return of car was kept to a minimum, much less than waiting for a bus to transfer you AND your luggage to a place where you then retrieve your car. At this stage of a holiday I just want to get on my way home - as soon as possible.

Easy to find drop point, took approx 10 mins to hand car over. Pick up point same so again easy to find. Car arrived 10 mins after we reached pick up point. Exterior of car was dirty so obviously stored outside, but no damage. Would definately use this company again.

As long as you follow their instructions to notify them in and outbound they were extremely punctual. By the time we'd got down to the waiting bay from the terminal our car was waiting. Extremely polite and pleasant staff will definately use again.

I have used the summer parking scheme for many years, driving to the car park, waiting for a bus, repeating this on my return from holidays. The service provided by Maple Manor is cost effective, hassle free and highly efficient, collecting and returning my car from the airport itself, even the current higher levels of airport security did not hamper the servie they provide. I will most definately be using the meet and greet parking service on my next trip.

This was easy to book and on arrival at Gatwick, I went to the place detailed on the instructions. The person picking up my car wasn't there so I had to wait a bit and call the office number. During this time, the traffic warden on duty told me to move on. Luckily the person picking up the car came along soon after this so I didn't have to go round again. On my return, the car was delivered back very promptly, just what I needed after a long night flight. I'd use this service again as it's far better than going to a car park and having to wait around for the bus.

The driver was waiting for us at the airport we filled in the paperwork which took seconds and then went stright in to check in great start to holiday. Return journey we waited about ten mins. from calling to say we had cleared customs which gave us time to go to the toilet and buy a drink for the return drive. We will use this service again.

This is the first time I have used this company - Never again! In the past I have used BCP meet and greet and have had my car within 10-15 mins. It took 15mins to get throught to the phone line to request the return of my car and 1 hour 20 mins until I got my car. Not acceptable in future will pay highr price for reliable service.

I cannot fault the service in any way. Travelling with two small children would put the fear of god into any parent but with maple manor the whole senario ran much more smoothly. We arrived at the airport to be met by a very pleasent gentleman who had bagged us a trolley for our luggage we signed a form and away we went. After we had got over the intial fears of 'I wonder how much he'll get for it' we were relieved to discover he had'nt sold our car but returned it promptly on our return from our holiday. I will never travel without a meet and greet service again it was the best money i'd ever spent!

When dropping of the car, the driver was waiting to collect the car and the service was good. On return from our holiday (which from my point was the most important part of the service), we had to wait for 40 minutes for the car to arrive. When I telephoned the office I was told that this was due to heavy traffic, however when the car eventually arrived and i left the airport, there was very little traffic on the approach roads. Also customers of other parking companies didn't seem to be waiting as long. I had cleaned my car before driving to the airport, but when I collected it, it was filthy and the driver said it was because of dust on the car park. No apology was given for the late arrival or dirty car. The company should have washed the car down. From my experience, there was not much benefit in using the service and i certainly won't use Maple Manor Parking services again.

Would not recommend these people at all. Had to wait 20 mins on the way in and 35 minutes on the way back for the driver to turn up, with some lame excuse about going to the wrong terminal. Would have been quicker and cheaper to get the bus to off airport parking. DO NOT USE.

Arrival at Gatwick airport before flying was easy with Maple Manor representative waiting to check car. On return journey I was advised that due to heavy traffic and busy time (Saturday evening at 19:30) there would be 20 minute wait before car arrived. By the time we had used toilet, bought drinks, etc. we only had to wait 10-15 minutes for car. Still much cheaper than airport taxi from Peterborough.

Got to Gatwick around the time I had agreed and made the necessary call but then had to make 2 more calls before the driver turned up. Had to make 2 circuits of the airport approach due to zealous parking warden moving us on. Driver was courteous and friendly (and quick) when he got to us about 20/25 mins after the first call. Return of the car was much smoother. Called after clearing customs and was told the car would be there in about 15 mins. It was. This driver was again friendly and courteous. Despite the wait on arrival I would use again as this is a much more civilised way to start/end your holiday. If you have used the offsite carparks and been packed like sardines onto one of their shuttle buses, you will know what I mean!!!

This was the best experience we have ever had in regards to care free travelling. We were travelling with our two children and this made much more sense than having to go to a car park and then lug all of our bags into a van then drive to the airport. I would fully recomend this to everyone.

First time i'd used a meet and greet, cheaper than the park and ride systems, followed the rules on return flight but some other passengers on our flight had phoned through before collecting baggage and didn't have to wait as long for their car, I'll try this in future to save waiting as long for the car.

The main problem is with Gatwick Parking attendants , and the security arrangements which is not the fault of Maple Manor . The directions given on the original paperwork had changed and the girl I spoke to could not understand why I couldn't get her garbled directions when I had just come off a 7 hr overnight flight !!! said I was the only one !!!!

frankly I doubt anyone reads this. If they do I shall eat my hat! We have written to complain twice with no response because whilst the arrival was not a problem all be it that it was at arrivals, the collection we waited 40 minutes during which time we could have parked off site and got a bus for considerably less. If anyone reads this a refund of some description would be appreciated and make us use you again

We had to wait over an hour to get our car back and it had then arrived back with an empty tank, and they had driven it 100 miles! If you have a posh card (ours is an M5) then avoid these guys like the plague - nor have they responded at all to my written complaint.
