Excellent all round, I would not go to any other carpark as this is so Convenient

A well organised experience and one which i would recommend to others.

I arrived a little earlier than the time I stated on booking. I assume that it was because of this I was not automatically accepted on arrival. I, therefore, had to go to the office on return which did not incur additional fee or was not a problem. However, if I am right in my assumption, it would be helpful if reference could be made on the booking form to explain what happens on early arrival!

A well run efficent service. Nice not to have to leave your keys, you hear so many tales of cars being used while you are away! Thanks

As the return flight was late, we overran our time in the car park, so had to go to the office to have the exit ticket validated. This took some time as the rather dour customer service agent did not appear to be anxious to deal with us. Apart from that, everything was satisfactory.

The issue we had was over the parking arrangements. We waited at the barrier on entry ans eventually pressed the control for a ticket which didn't "seem" quite right. Went to office who "said " our booking was in the short term car park which I didnt understand as we followed the directions given. They did however give me the reference number and we parked. I knew on return that I would have to call in the office for clearance but our friends who had an "authorised" entry ticket (ie with the bar code above the Reg No) couldnt get out of the area without also attending to the office.

It was the first time we had used Flightpath NCP Gatwick and was very plesently surprised we would certainly use it again .

Turned up, easy to find the parking bays that were vacant, parked, short coach ride to the terminal and away. On our return, quick journey back to the car, and exit and on our way, little fuss, little wasted time. Excelent start to the holiday experience, easy finish as well.

Very easy to find and usually very quick to and from the terminal - I use this car park every time.

I had booked online but when trying to exit my booking was not recognised and I had to go to the office in the pouring rain to verify my booking. The operator had difficulty in identifying my booking but fortunately I was able to produce the e-mail confirmation.

A little difficult to find as the postcode on the sat nav took us to an emergency exit of the car park. Once we had located a known road and followed the instructions on the site we found it relatively quickly though if there was as much signage for the carpark as the summer parking company then we would have found it in an instant.

Parking was OK. Weren't sure we were in the correct car park at first as signage wasn't great. We weren't designated a parking space and the car park was quite full so spent a while finding a space. We happened to go to bus stop 2 which was fortunate as the bus was filed with passengers by the next stop. On our return the queue was ridiculus. We walked past the end of the queue as we didn't realise it was the queue. The flight path queue and summer special queue were all mixed together. People were standing in the road so the bus couldn't get to the front of the queue. Our eldest son got on the wrong bus and ended up in the summer special cark park because it wasn't obvious. The distance from the airport was good nice and near and the price was OK but shear numbers of people pushing and shoving was not great. Need seperate queues for each car park and some staff around to help at peak times. It was Saturday lunch time.

my paid for ticket was not registerd on car park computer either when i arrived or when i left.both times i had to go to the office and produce my paper work or i would have to pay again

Very easy system, impressed with the regularity of the transport. Slight disappointment, inspite of paying in advance the ticket was not accepted on exit, requiring a stop at customer services - only took moments to sort so not a big problem. Would use again and would recommend

Was very confused on arrival as the carpark is no longer NCP- had to check as it would be a costly mistake to park in the wrong carpark. We were informed NCP have lost the contract-it would have been nice to know this in advance.Apart from this we were very happy with the service.

Need to wait for your ticket on entry - don't press button, or you will have to go in to the office on departure. Only took 1 minute though.

The car park is easy to find, pick up on both legs was made within minutes and helped a stress free travel experience.

Very easy to use and arrival and transfers were hastle free. On the return we couldnt get out and neither could quite a few others, so we had to wait for parking support to reissue an escape pass. I was advised that the ticket had expired - but it was still in the timezone from the website paperwork. There was no added fee, so it was resolved, just a shame that it wasn't as hastle free getting off the park

The transfer buses are frequent and quick, as well as being easy to access from the parking space. The entry and exit systems are quick and easy to negotiate and the car park is well signposted. This is the third time I have used Flightpath, and I will do so again.

This was the second year we have used this car park and like last year it was an excellent service, all very easy and straight forward. Would use again.
