Easy to find,plenty of spaces and not to far to walk to the pick up points.No problems on arrival or departure at the main entrance.Transfers to the airport were quick and the transfer back from the airport were easy to find as they were right outside the main exit.Will use again and have already recommended to friends.

We have used this car park many times. Easy to book online and transfer buses every 10 minutes. Will use this service again.

Flightpath NCP was a very good experience, coaches were on time, very frequent, hardly any wait both outward and homeward.

The parking is situated very close to the North Terminal,good value for money and the transfers to and from airport were efficient.

Arrived on site and was directed by helpful staff to parking area. Bus took a little longer to arrive than the display said, but didn't have to wait long. On return the bus was there waiting and we were quickly back at the car. The automatic number plate recognition worked fine.

Finding the carpark was very easy. Lots of spaces to choose from. Plenty of bus stops, so you didnt have to walk very far. Buses every 10 mins. Only a short trip to the airport. Great - would def use again.

Was easy to park, transfer bus was punctual, so much easier than trains, taxis etc.

found it quite easily, parked right next to bus stop, and bus came very quickly, will use this service again, much cheaper than our usual carpark place is now.

We had a little difficulty finding you as the signs were not as visible as they could have been. We waited more than 10 mins for the bus from the car park and the shelter was not realy amenable - could have been better on a very cold night. However the staff were helpful and friendly when asked for assistance. Not a great saving on the other car parks hence 2 for value for money (we also found that we could have had a hotel for the night and parking for less than the charge to park only).

My vehicle broke down on M3 and had to be AA Relayed home as it was a complete failure. (Viscous coupling seized) I was therefore unable to use the facility and had to complete my journey to the airport by taxi in the early hours of the morning whilst my Freelander was transported to my home address

I found the car park to be very well lit with ample size parking spaces, which was great because I thought it was going to be cramped, but I was pleasantly surprised. The shuttle bus was very quick to arrive and the drivers were very friendly. The overall experience was hassle-free convenience at its best!

the signage to the parking areas were not always well displayed and directions to allocated areas for parking were confusing.

Very close to North Terminal - got a bus straightaway both ways - have waited up to half an hour with other providers. Wouldn't now consider using anyone else.

Signposting from the main road could be clearer as the signs appear out of date compared to the corporate name now used. Other than that, directions and service exactly as advertised.

We arrived back to the airport to find our battery flat. NCP where very helpfull and got us going again without charge very quickly.
