Easy to find, efficient bus services and pleased that I didnt have to pay extra as our flight home was delayed and I had prepaid my parking. Will definitely use again!

This is a very efficient service and very straight forward. Car park is very easy to find.

Zoned car park with various bus stops- prebooked so automated system worked fine. As to value seems to be little difference in price to other providers. Shuttle time to terminal about 10 mins.

The number plate recognition worked smoothly and the parking layout was obvious - easy to park and to collect. The transfer bus was prompt even at 2am. The car park itself was also very easy to find by following the provided map.

The 15minute wait for the bus on return was not the best as it was raining and the number plate recognition was not working on entry or exit,this could be better,but overall everything was ok.

Driver was pleasant even though it was 2 in the morning; parking was very tight and attendant was on duty to point me to a place. Overall a non-hastle answer to parking.

Got lost from the drop-off bus stop, went in the wrong direction for the car in the dark. Entirely my fault and the mapping system is the best it can be. Having done this once I won't do again. Just make sure you have your bearings from the bus stop. It can look different at night!

hard to find a parking place, directed to spaces then found ourselves back at entrance twice, so had to park in a 'closed' area then buses wouldn't stop for us this also happened to another couple at the same time

Parking process was easy to follow. The only negative observation was the fact that the bus driver had to shout to ask if any passengers needed to alight at the various drop-off stations.

Only 10 mins from airport and transfers every 10 mins which is perfect.

the car park was easy to find ,i entered by vehicle recognition,parked and got straight on the waiting bus that dropped me right outside the terminal, on my return i came out the terminal got straight on the bus that dropped me right back at my car ,job done ,easy

Flightpath offered the best price, the transfers were quick and we only waited a matter of minutes both ways for our coaches to arrive. On arrival at Gatwick the parking was easy to find. When we left we had to get our ticket scanned in order to exit which took only minutes and the member of staff who did this was extremely helpful. We have used Flightpath before and have always been impressed by the price and the level of service and will definitely use them again.

I have used other Parking facilities, so far Flightpath has better than the others but bit pricey and transfers from airport should be more often, especially when returning back from the warmth on early morning arrivals.Most of all my car was safe on my return.

very convieniant the signs to the car park could start nearer the m23 but otherwise excellent

We paid very slightly more for this car park than for one further away from Gatwick but it was worth it. The transfer bus came within a minute or two in both directions and everything worked perfectly. No need to get out of the car to check in or pay so as quick as it could be. We would use it again if we could get it for the same price.

Couldn't fault it - easy to find, well directed to plenty of spaces, staff friendly, transfers prompt - all in all - excellent.

The letter was very clear and straight forward. no problems will use again.

Car park was in perfect order and car was easily found! Transfer buses were quick and there was minimal waiting. The drivers were courteous and helpful. Entry and exit from the carpark was automatic - quick and easy. I always use this car park at Gatwick and would not consider another.

None of the ticketing indicated that NCP flightpath was long term parking & none of the road signs around the road to the airport mention NCP flightpath - but do mention long term parking The map does not clearly show the location of the car park & the directions are ambiguous as to which car park & also don't mention long term. The booking code on the printed ticket was not the same as the booking form. It was not untill the barrier opened to let me out that I was certain I had parked at the right car park.

general service was excellent but the automatic exit barriers were not working properly which meant drivers having to get out of their cars to have their tickets validated manually.a bit of a nuisance at 2am when there is a queue and each validation taking a few minutes.
