Was easy to find carpark. Easy to find a slot. Suppose a tad disconcerting doing everything yourself, ie no reception to report to. But easy enough to use & get transferred. Arriving back in London however we waited at the wrong stop. Not v clear that FlightPath has a completely seperate stop to all other off-airport parking companies.

I did not find thier pricing expensive, but I have just booked a 3 week stay which turns out to be cheaper than my recent 2 week stay-strange.

On leaving the car park the ticket machine indicated that we needed to pay although we had pre-paid. The staff were helpful and said that they had been experiencing problems with the machine. Veriried our ticket and we left with only a few extra minutes added to our departure.

We did not have to wait at either end of our journey, which was good as we had 3 children in tow. The return bus was crowded and we thought we might not get on. Help from another passenger made it possible.

Unfortunately, we made the mistake of booking on-line before reading any of the customer reviews. We checked these a week before flying and became concerned as many people had experienced problems trying to leave the car park - there is supposed to be a vehicle registration recognition system to automatically lift the barrier for you on exit. This doesn't seem to be working for many people. As we were due to land on Christmas day we were concerned that we might also get stuck and not be able to leave the car park. We made a couple of phone calls and spoke to the office who reassured us that there would be no problem. As you might have guessed, there was a problem and the barrier didn't lift when we tried to get out. Further more the machine swallowed our ticket and didn't return it (something that never happens we are told), and the car park wanted £ 110 to let us go. Luckily we took a copy of the email confirmation we had received to show we had already paid. This took 20 -30mins to sort out, despite us being the only car exiting at this time of day, a hassle we could have done without on Christmas day. Apparently the recognition system isn't working although they will tell you that it is to get you to book. On top of this we were not too pleased to come back to find our car had also been intentionally scratched by someone down the side of the passenger and driver doors. I realise this is a risk you sometimes have to take and other cars had also been scratched in our parking bay. More annoying however, was the fact that the manager tried to pass this off as luggage or perhaps a belt buckle catching the car as people walk past - These weren't light scratches that can be polished out, they are deep cuts caused by someone using a piece of metal, purposely scratching deep marks into the surface and drawing patterns. I think they assume we are all naive. On a positive note, the bus service to and from the car park/terminal was reliable and ran every 10 mins.

Very Close to North Terminal, coach transfers are convenient, but overcrowded. Patroling may be increased to assure better security. Overall satisfactory.

the experience was a service that was easy to use and provided exactly what was being offered,the bus shuttle was on time and gave clear instructions to users when returning to their cars.i will certainly use this service next year.

We followed Gatwick long term car parking then got to a point we did not know which way to the flightpath car parking.The only sign appeared to be on the barrier.Apart from this parking was easy transfers were frequent and good value for money.

Whenever I travel to the Continent I try to book in to Flight path, as I know that the service I want fast efficient transfer to the terminal, is always delivered, with a friendly HAVE A GOOD TRIP!

The only downside to prebooking is queing at the office to get your ticket validated when leaving.So what is the point of prebooking ?

Signs direct you to the available parking and there are numerous bus stops to ensure there is only a short distance to walk with cases. Buses are regular (we waited no more than 5 mins) and you are taken directly to the terminal. On return, at the terminal we again waited no more than 5 mins and were taken back to our stop. Prepayment for stay meant that we had to call at the office on exit to validate our ticket. The wait was approx 1 minute and we were off. No problems and very smooth

Convienient service , marred only by the bus size as almost impossible to get on and off the bus without a fight for your suitcases. The buses need redesigning to accomodate luggage separetly from passengers.

Needs better signs as its too easy to go pass as we did whilst concentrating on the road and traffic (entrance is of a roundabout to the right) The transfers where brilliant no one rushed a elderly couple which was nice to see.

We were cold and tired on our return so did not enjoy having to wait for more than fifteen minutes for the coach to take us to the parking area - even though we telephoned to confirm our arrival immediately we got off the plane. Luckily we got on the coach but some passengers had to wait for the next one! I am glad there were no hold ups on the motorway otherwise the journey would have been even longer.

It was good to be on airport for the same money as off. It was a bit confusing on arrival as we had to take a car park ticket at the machine and there was no way of indicating that we had pre-booked and paid. We had to go and find someone to seek advice. On leaving we had to repeat this again to be let out of the car park. It would have been better to have had a code or something to use on exit.

The only negative comment I can make is the wait for the bus upon our return was too long.Cannot understand why we were parked in zone Z when outward and inward there appeared to be many empty spaces.

We always use Flightpath for the North Terminal. Its convenient and the buses run frequently. The bus drivers are good. Our one criticism is the exit procedure. We always pay in advance usually on the web. This procedure lets you in b ut you have a problem getting out. The ticket does not allow you to go through the automatic barrier. You always have to go into the office. When you get in your car after a long flight, all you want to do is go home. It would be so much more convenient if your ticket (after having paid in advance) would allow you through the exit barrier.

Service was quick friendly and precise. Coaches were on time and lsft from a stop near your car. Enry and exit to the car park was quick and easy. Liked keeping my own keys. A recommended parking experience

As a not too frequent flyer I found it was easy to book and pay on the website which sent me an e-mail with directions and arrival/departure instructions. The car park was close to the terminal and it was easy to find an empty space plus the transfers were very quick. Having prepaid departure was equally easy and quick with friendly staff in the reception. I would recommend Flightpath and would use them again.
