Only problem, scanner did not recognise car on entrance which meant when we tried to leave car park we were asked for additional money but sorted out straight away by the office staff

Having used a number of car parks there is always a degree of luck involved. I must say that this was particulalrly seamless: Barrier worked as expected, parking spot not at the distant end ,and bus arrived on cue. The transfer was very short, and on return bus arrived promptly, packed the car and went to the office to exchange for a pass out in a matter of seconds. I will use the car park again, although at a slight premium to others, purely for the quiet and calm start and end to our break. If I have a service like this again I will be very impressed!

Firstly my ref didn't tally, then the office phone went and instead of continuing to deal with me the staff member went to deal with the phone call which delayed me by at least 10- 15 mins. Despite this inconvenience I will still use Flightpath NCP in the future

We had a very satisfactory experience with Flightpath NCP. The only niggle concerning ticket not working on exit, was swiftly dealt with by helpful staff.

Although slightly more expensive than other Gatwick carparks the convenience made the extra cost worth while. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a bus to return us to our car but only about 3 from the car park to the airport. The transfer from the carpark to the airport is a maximum of 10 minutes. I will definitely park at NCP Flightpath again.

as i use the Flightpath carpark every weekend i know my car is secure and safe and transfers are exceptional to and from terminal aswell as the staff being friendly and very helpful

Gatwick North seems a long way from the M23 if you're used to accessing the South Terminal. Apart from that, if the buses arrive when you need them it's a quick transfer to the terminal.

We had no complaints. Upon our return we accidentally hopped on the wrong bus and felt quite stupid, but so had another couple and had to go back to the terminus and wait for another. I think that signage could be improved. The bus driver said that this was a frequent mistake.

Signs only mentioned long term parking not Flightpath NCP so not perfect to find. Otherwise it's airpport parking, it all worked and didn't take long either way.

We have used Flightpath on many occasions and find the whole experience efficient and trustworthy - hence repeat visits. On this occasion the service offered was good value but have found the price has been too high when taking a late booking - why is that? Nevertheless I am sure there will be repeat business as I prefer on site parking and not leaving keys behind. The only criticism would be the parking bays are slightly narrow and cars can get marked by doors being opened.

Was easy to find carpark. Easy to find a slot. Suppose a tad disconcerting doing everything yourself, ie no reception to report to. But easy enough to use & get transferred. Arriving back in London however we waited at the wrong stop. Not v clear that FlightPath has a completely seperate stop to all other off-airport parking companies.

On leaving the car park the ticket machine indicated that we needed to pay although we had pre-paid. The staff were helpful and said that they had been experiencing problems with the machine. Veriried our ticket and we left with only a few extra minutes added to our departure.

We did not have to wait at either end of our journey, which was good as we had 3 children in tow. The return bus was crowded and we thought we might not get on. Help from another passenger made it possible.

Unfortunately, we made the mistake of booking on-line before reading any of the customer reviews. We checked these a week before flying and became concerned as many people had experienced problems trying to leave the car park - there is supposed to be a vehicle registration recognition system to automatically lift the barrier for you on exit. This doesn't seem to be working for many people. As we were due to land on Christmas day we were concerned that we might also get stuck and not be able to leave the car park. We made a couple of phone calls and spoke to the office who reassured us that there would be no problem. As you might have guessed, there was a problem and the barrier didn't lift when we tried to get out. Further more the machine swallowed our ticket and didn't return it (something that never happens we are told), and the car park wanted £ 110 to let us go. Luckily we took a copy of the email confirmation we had received to show we had already paid. This took 20 -30mins to sort out, despite us being the only car exiting at this time of day, a hassle we could have done without on Christmas day. Apparently the recognition system isn't working although they will tell you that it is to get you to book. On top of this we were not too pleased to come back to find our car had also been intentionally scratched by someone down the side of the passenger and driver doors. I realise this is a risk you sometimes have to take and other cars had also been scratched in our parking bay. More annoying however, was the fact that the manager tried to pass this off as luggage or perhaps a belt buckle catching the car as people walk past - These weren't light scratches that can be polished out, they are deep cuts caused by someone using a piece of metal, purposely scratching deep marks into the surface and drawing patterns. I think they assume we are all naive. On a positive note, the bus service to and from the car park/terminal was reliable and ran every 10 mins.

Very Close to North Terminal, coach transfers are convenient, but overcrowded. Patroling may be increased to assure better security. Overall satisfactory.

We followed Gatwick long term car parking then got to a point we did not know which way to the flightpath car parking.The only sign appeared to be on the barrier.Apart from this parking was easy transfers were frequent and good value for money.

Whenever I travel to the Continent I try to book in to Flight path, as I know that the service I want fast efficient transfer to the terminal, is always delivered, with a friendly HAVE A GOOD TRIP!
