This was our first experience of parking the car ourselves, We parked very early (about 4.30) walked to the bus stop which took us all of 2 minutes and a bus came within 5 mins. We thought it was all very efficient and coming back was the same, no having to search for the phone number just a short walk to bus stop and the bus came almost immediately! Definately one to use in the future!

Although slightly more expensive than others this service benefits from not having to go and drop your keys off before you leave or collect them upon return and then have to find your car. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.

The carpark is large and overwhelming but there are staff on hand to help you to the right bay. They are friendly and patient considering it's a dull job in all weathers no doubt. No issues at all- though the licence plate recognition softwawre doesn't always work, still a member of staff is on hand to sort. Very good.

The location of return bus stop is not clear. There are a number with very similiar names and easy to make a mistake.

This was the first time I used Flightpath NCP and I found it very easy to find the car park from directions given, directions to parking spaces was good, plenty of bus stops so not far to walk with cases and only had to wait a few minutes on our return to be picked up. Overall very good and well worth the money.

The carpark didn't let me in until I pushed for a ticked which it printed with my registration plate on. When I went to leave, it wouldn't let me out until I paid by card which I though was odd as I booked online. I've just checked my bank and I was charged twice. BEWARE!! Other than that, the service was completely automated and satisfactory. If you want human interaction then this is not the carpark for you. If you just want a close and convenient carpark where no-one else drives your car, then this is great. If they made the arrival / departure procedure easier, that'd make this a great car park

As above, I use the car park regularly as it is always straightforward to book and to park and return to.

Now we've used this facility we will never again take a taxi to the airport. The bus was waiting to take us to the terminal and bring us back to the car park on our return.

good easy access follow the signs and park . Short walk to the bus stop on the bus of to the terminal easy. Little hint look on the back of the ticket from the barrier .

Overall, good value for money and good if you want a regular transfer to the airport (time between buses was very short. The process was easy to understand, but the directions were really poor. The road names are not as you say on your website, and you do not provide a map which shows the North Perimeter Road and how the car park relates to this. If we had had that detail, it would have been simple. We wasted 15 minutes on trying different routes into the airport complex - and we saw this from a number of reviews (please take note of what people are saying!!)

Found the whole process excellent, parked the car, a few minutes wait for the bus, at the airport, the same on return. Quick and easy, will use this service again.

The signs to free parking spaces did not direct you to actual free spaces. We needed to locate a member of staff to open up a coned-off area before we could park. If we had not been early this would have been very stressful.

A real bonus coming out of the terminal and having a coach waiting, lucky? Still happened! Nice that I never had to go into the information desk, just popped the ticket in that it gave two weeks before and away I went. Very easy I would recommend, and use again.

I was totally satisfied with the service provided. The staff were helpful when I needed a change in dates and the coach service was brilliant. Importantly it was close to the airport and the car park looked clean and neat.

On our outward trip we arrived at the car park in the early hours-it was well lit with clear sign posts. Transfer buses were prompt. We exited upon return qith no fuss. We would use again.

I am airline staff and unfortunetly due to a full flight I was unable to travel so had to cancell my holiday I had booked my car into the NCP at LGW on line and had paid for the full period of 10 days but due to the above situation I only had car my parked for maximum of 4HRS. So I lost all off my money as an ailine staff member I understand the risk of not travling. But can I suggest that if possible you could introdue a cancellation programme for saff as do many of the holiday companys used by airline staff, and which I know would be very much appreciated and used bye many staff travling out of LHR or LGW. Thanks

Easy to locate, park and transfer to the airport. Stress-free when booking in advance. We will definitely use Flightpath NCP Cap Parking everytinme we fly!
