The signs to free parking spaces did not direct you to actual free spaces. We needed to locate a member of staff to open up a coned-off area before we could park. If we had not been early this would have been very stressful.

A real bonus coming out of the terminal and having a coach waiting, lucky? Still happened! Nice that I never had to go into the information desk, just popped the ticket in that it gave two weeks before and away I went. Very easy I would recommend, and use again.

I was totally satisfied with the service provided. The staff were helpful when I needed a change in dates and the coach service was brilliant. Importantly it was close to the airport and the car park looked clean and neat.

On our outward trip we arrived at the car park in the early hours-it was well lit with clear sign posts. Transfer buses were prompt. We exited upon return qith no fuss. We would use again.

I am airline staff and unfortunetly due to a full flight I was unable to travel so had to cancell my holiday I had booked my car into the NCP at LGW on line and had paid for the full period of 10 days but due to the above situation I only had car my parked for maximum of 4HRS. So I lost all off my money as an ailine staff member I understand the risk of not travling. But can I suggest that if possible you could introdue a cancellation programme for saff as do many of the holiday companys used by airline staff, and which I know would be very much appreciated and used bye many staff travling out of LHR or LGW. Thanks

Easy to find and simply park get on the bus and go on your holiday. Write your bus stop , letter and row on your ticket so you can find your car when you return!!

Good reliable transfers both ways. Back to car and out of car park in no time once bags were collected. Very close to terminal transfers were therefore very quick.

Almost missed my flight driving around looking for the car park - no signs en-route to the airport for Flightpath or NCP - you need to highlight on booking forms to follow the signs to Long Term Parking. Thanks

We were delayed by 22 hours as our orignal flight was cancelled. I entered the offices on our eventual return, passed my ticket over expecting to have to pay the difference and a very nice man just scanned my ticket, gave it back to me and said, Bye, have a safe trip. Now that was unexpected but welcome all the same!! Will definitely use you again.

The car park was well sign posted and therefore easy to find. It did take us a little while to find an empty parking space but as it was a busy period this was only to be expected, perhaps staff could have been on hand to direct cars as they entered towards empty bays. The bus transfer was punctual and quick on both the outward and return legs. I would definitely use this car park again when travelling from the North terminal.

Easy to get to, had no problem finding a car parking space. Bus stop was just across the road and bus pulled up almost immediately. Likewise on homeward journey, bus was there in under two minutes. Excellent service and good value.

So easy to use, number plate recognition identifies car and booking. Easy to follow signs direct you quickly to areas of the car park where there are available spaces. Bus transfers very frequent and easy to follow signage in bus made return to car straightforward. No hold up to get out of car park, just put the ticket in the barrier machine.

The whole experience was a pleasure the car park is very easy to find, no problem in parking and the parking spaces aren't tiny like some places and the bus stops are never too far away.

Although I paid for the parking and actually went on the trip I was not actually present when the car was parked or collected. I was "minding" the luggage while my son in law parked the car and collected it on return. This took very little time on both occasions so can assume that everything went smoothly. Was very impressed by the price of 90 for 2 weeks parking.

Parking in a coach bay to go through prebooked ticket procedure on exit is disconcerting. It is a strange process the first time you do it.
