First time I have used meet and greet and after this experience it definitely won't be my last !!! Everything went exactly how it should have with no hanging around waiting. I will be using Eazy Park for our future holidays. Thanks to all concerned.

This is a brilliant service! Nice polite punctual and friendly staff we got fair price everything ran like clock work! I only wish I'd known about this service sooner parking at the airport will never be the same again!

Great experience. No problems - except that we followed the airport "meet & greet" signs instead of "departures" Our fault, but it might be useful to advise future customers not to follow the M&G signs!!

Outbound they were spot on, return was a 30 minute wait for vehicle. They had the flight times so it was a no brainer to find out what time we were landing and to have the vehicle waiting outside arrivals. Parting comment was from me the first and last time we use them.

on return from our holiday we called easy park, after 20 mins, called them again, still no car. another 20 they said they would sort it, still no car. this went on for over one and a half hours, still no car. all the time I was there, people we coming out of arrivals, straight into there car and away, not me though. Called head office, left a message, still no car. Ei called them again and asked how far away they were, they said 2 miles so I said I would walk to the depot and get it. He said that I should not have to do that so I said bring it to me then. Low and behold it turned up. No explination other than they had been busy,(not to busy bring other peoples cars who had just arrived back in the country hours after me though. A cmplete and utter messup with very little organisational skills or ability to prioritise or where they using my car for something else (should have set the milage) Eventually head office got back and said they would compensate me for the problem. I only live an hour from the airport and did not get home after an already long journey till nearly 3 hours after the plane landed, they asked me if I would like a free park next time I go away, no thanks it quicker to walk.

prompt, efficient, reliable service. cheaper than the park and ride and you get the car dropped off and picked up right outside the terminal building. highly recomend.

Met at the airport terminal we were leaving on our arrival at around 4am. Smooth and efficient handover of vehicle and advised of the return procedure, including where to stand for the return of our vehicle when we returned. There was a little delay on the return of our vehicle but advised of this, the reason for it and how long to expect the delay to be. The delay was within acceptable time frame and car was returned without drama. Would most definitely use again and recommend to others

Overall happy with easy park. Good parking concept at great value. Only downside was getting in contact over telephone during arrival. Phone diverts to answer machine too often. Delays the process.

Not sure if this was a one off but had to wait about 35 minutes both dropping the car off and picking it up which in my opinion is a little too long for a valet service. Good value however and staff were very polite

Had 4x4 and Wasn't made aware of height restriction on ramp to departures so went to lower tier.driver was bit peed off but was correct as I would have got under..just!would have been in trouble with roof-rack tho!overall though v.good cheap service.Will use again

I had to wait less than 5 minutes at each end the collection of and return of my vehicle, so not any problem. Staff were polite and helpful. Only possible down side is not being able to connect by phone, prior to arrival, because all lines were busy. But got through after 4 attempts.

Would use again as very convenient and friendly staff. We did have to wait 50 mins for them to collect the car outbound but fortunately I could check in as my husband waited. Very quick on inbound. Thanks

Told to ring 20 mins before arrival. Began ringing, phone engaged. A total of 40 calls were made to the given number. We arrived at airport having spoken to nobody. Had to park on side of road and kept trying to contact them. At this time stress levels were on the up. Eventually after 34 calls someone answered and told us to go and find the texaco garage and wait there for a phone call in 10 minutes. This was a nightmare trying to find the garage and then on top of it trying to park as no parking is permitted at the garage. Stress levels are now at an all time high. Not a good start to mine and my husbands holiday!!!! 30 minutes later, still no phone call so i began ringing them, 6 calls later someone answered, apologised and said they would be there in a few minutes which they were. A very pleasant man arrived, full of apologies for the mishap and off we went with a very sour taste in our mouth and not a great start to whst was going to be a well deserved relaxing break for us both. The return home was great, the phone was answered and car returned outside arrivals promptly by another pleasant guy.

Approaching the airport the phone line was continually engaged. We eventually made contact and the instructions were okay We arrived at 5.30am and were eventually met at 5.50am that is a wait of 20mins. The person meeting us said he had been sent to Terminal 2, when the printed booking form clearly said terminal 1. We were correctly and promptly met on arrival to find the car covered in mud. He said it had been parked in the overspill and was sorry about the dirt. The driver carpet was filthy. The price was very good, but the experience was poor. A clean new car should be returned cleaned irrespective of where it had been parked for 10 days. Other people using this service at the same time seem to have a much better experience- perhaps we were unlucky. The airport was very busy, but the filthy car was unacceptable. I will park the car myself on tarmac in future.

The punctuality was not very good I had to wait for some time for my car to be picked up & on my return I was told ten to fifteen minutes I waited twenty five minutes not to pleased after a nine hour flight home . My car was returned very dirty full of leaves & full of bird mock & mud I was not to pleased . The last thing I want to do is go & get my car cleaned after a nine hour flight home , I don't like my car to ever look like that Iit weny in clean & I expected I to come back the same way . The only good thing is it was a bit cheaper than other companies . I don't expected I will use this meet& greet again

as stated previously the collection and return of the car went to plan. However, the condition of the car upon its return was very unsatisfactory. The car looked if it had been rallying by the amount of md on the wheels and body work. In addition the driver's seat side panel and the floor mat was covered in mud. I have sent a previous email giving details and photos of the condition with NO acknowledgment. It cost me 15 to have it cleaned
