On our return we had left a light on and our battery was flat we pressed the help button we had someone to help with a van and off home within ten minuets. Thank you.

Was happy with the service and price. Staff were courteous and willing to help and made the whole experience so much better. Will recommend this service.

from booking to transfer to terminal was very easy and straight forward with pleasant friendly staff. excellent value for money and will definately use again

Entry to car park quick and easy. Transfer buses ran regularly, staff friendly and helpful. All in all a trouble free experience.

Not sure if there was a problem with the buses but 35 minutes waiting for the bus in the rain was just ridiculous. No information given when the bus finally arrived.

Great value for money. Very close to the airport terminals. Regular bus service. Would definitely use again.

Satisfied with service. Transfers were regular but not entirely necessary for my self as with a small case I was able to walk to the terminal in less than 5 minutes.

Very easy to book online. Arrived & parked easily with no queing, although the car park was very full. Credit card validation through the entry & exit barrier (machine) was all that was needed so didn't even have to get out the car. All nice & simple & easy to use. Would definately use again.

Dissapointing that on entry and exit had to access the help facility on the barrier as the credit card did not register; appears ALL parkers had to do this unless they had a parking ticket for the day/period. Appalling bus transfer system; had to wait for 40 mins for the bus to pick up at terminal 3, and NO element of friendly customer service from the driver.

Easy to find car park, excellent price, bus driver waited for us at the bus stop. bus journey as stated short and very regular (every 10 mins) which is super when you have 3 tired kids with you.

I left my wallet in my car and had to return , your driver dropped me close to my car and waited for me whist I got my wallet. Many thanks

We have used this car park about four times now and will be booking again shortly for December, good thing to remeber, make a note of your lane, and bus stop. We always try and park quite near a bus stop. And usually when we come out of the airport on arrival back, there is always a bus there. They come about every 5 to eight minutes. And the good thing about is that you keep your keys, so you do nbot have to worry about your car.

we arrived back late as plane delayed by several hours and had problem getting out of the car park, after pressing the button on the exit barrier we were delt with very quickly and sent on our way.very good service.

I found the car park easily and managed to get a space near to the bus route through the car park. On exit the machine did not accept my card as confirmation but the staff on duty took my booking reference number and sorted it out very quickly for me. Will definately book again through gosimply.com.

Only issues were 1.Poor arrow signage that ended up at barriers in red zone 2.Automatic entry with visual vehicle recognition would suit the modern age of technology...putting in credit cards always feels risky in case it gets swallowed before you go away. 3.Information on where to park when nearly full would be a help

When we entered facility used debit card but either missed taking return ticket or machine failed to give us one. Rang for help at barrier around 5.45 a.m and waited several minutes for response. Gave booking reference number and barrier was raised. It would have been helpful if your correspondance mentioned that ticket should be obtained on arrival.

Itinerary discription how to find the parking space was very accurate. I found it easy and every 5 minutes a bus comes and gets you from 3 bus stops within the parking space. So it doesnt matter where you park within the parking space. To Terminal 1 where I was flying it took less than 5 minutes and bus stops exactly infront of the airport departures. Easy, husttle free and I kept my car keys! My Car was safe and secure. Overall very satisfied and will use it again in the future!

Parking was very easy to find we got right by the entrance bus was very quick to terminal 1 will recomend to family and friends , came home after hols and bus was waiting dropped us of first in car out to barrier pressed button to talk to staff no problem straight home thank you gosimply

Would recommend, the whole process was very streamlined.The coach pick-up on return was right outside the terminal and a very easy drive out and onto the motorway. Will use again without hesitation.
