It was my first time which i will use again but when i called the people on the phone to confirm where i was to go as it is a huge carpark , the reception was alittle frosty as if i should of known . not very helpfull.. but the buses where regular and my car was safe, and affordable.

The Service from the supplier was as expected, punctual and to the point, so 5 Stars for that. Terminal 1 & 3 Long term parking - well it's just too big and we were unfortunate to have a long walk to the transfer bus that appear to be geared to passengers without luggage; there is not enough space on the bus for all of the luggage. Convenience wise, great location but other than that I'd give it 1 Star and will certainly not use it again.

Way out :no guidance where empty parking space is. Long walk with two suitcases to busstop. Bus transport arriving late and unhelpful when getting on the bus. Way back: again transfer busses cannot be found, airport staff passing by in a car does not intend to help. Had to go all the way back from Terminal to car with two suticases by foot. Really dreadful service for the money.

This was one of the best Parking facilities i have used over the years, totally hassle free great bus service to terminal. Freindly drivers with a big smile at silly o'clock in the morning.

Have stayed at a number of airport parking lots, but this one was best overall. With regards to the locallity to the airport and the shuttle service was second to none.

Very pleased with arrangements - easy to set up, easy to find, car was fine when we picked it up. The only snag was for some reason the machine would not accept my card, either on arriving or leaving, but simply pressing the help button and quoting our reference number enabled the operator to open the gate for us. Will definitely use again.

Waiting times for the bus was short - however, as the car park's very large, there is sometimes a long walk, especially if you have heavy luggage, to the nearest bus stop for the bus to the terminal buildings. During peak arrival hours, there is also a queue for the bus, but the next one arrived fairly shortly, so wait wasn't long.

could nt fault the car park its just in the right place for the airport. our car was sat there waiting for us after a long 21 hours flight. BRILLIANT

Good on line booking,value for money,good customer service. The site is well sited for Terminal 3.

On exit I followed given instructions and quoted my booking reference number but the car park barrier operator could not find my booking information. After a few minuites the barrier was raised to allow my exit. This was a small hitch in an otherwise carefree parking experience.

Does exactliy what is says on the tin, from internet booking, through to parking, transfer and collection. Will definately use this service again.

The online booking was straightforward and I was able to find a place in the carpark. On departure I have followed the instructions and had no problem at all. I will definitively used it again and I did my booking a few hours before going which was not possible on the Manchester airport website. They save me some money!

I had to change the car we were travelling in at the last moment and therefore had to change the registration number. Phoned the number I was provided with and it was changed within a couple of minutes. Staff were very helpful. The car park was excellent and very good value for money.

Only drawback - cars parked across the access points prevented the transfer bus taking us to the nearest bus stop to the car on our return which meant a tired walk at nearly midnight after a long plane delay

its a big car park ,looking for a space was a nightmare, felt like i ended up parking a few mile away but hey ho we got a space in the end ,no harm done.... went into car park stopped and asked the attendent if i was in the right place he didnt want to know and just replied just take a space pal,so i crossed my fingers and hoped i was in the right car park,comming out of the car park i inserted my ticket and it wanted £90 off me ,my letter said i had to insert my bank card for this to be reconised ...not a chance i pressed the buzzer and told the guy i had pre booked and gave him my reference and bingo i was aloud to go .... at the end of the day it did its job and the car was ok guess i will use it again now i know whats what..

As your airport journey and parking are all part of your holiday the experience was so easy, thus making your holiday start relaxed and the same on return. Long stay parking highly recommendable Thank you

The car park is competitively priced, easy to navigate in and out, plenty of space, regular bus service to Terminals approx 10mins, good security and lighting, close to terminals.

Online booking was simple, as was the exit at the barrier. Just quoted reference and staright out.

The only hiccup, which has happened to me several times previously, was that the entry system didn't recognise the credit card I used in the booking. This was easily sorted on exit but you do need to make sure you have your booking reference to hand to avoid any delay. Otherwise everything was fine.
