Good and easy way to get to airport.Lot cheaper than using taxis,very secure and you keep your keys.Just remember to write down area and bus stop Number!

Getting the wheel chair off the bus at bus stop 98 was rather difficult with a noticable drop.The drive had to help me.

The coach driver noticed a couple just after he'd passed the bus stop they were running to, he stopped the bus, reversed back 30 yards and waited for them to board, as they boarded I said to them 'how's that for service', 'brilliant' was their reply.

I have always used jet parks.. Easy directions to find the car parks and regular bus transfers to and from the terminals. Very good value for money and your car is parked securely.

We arrived about 0530hrs in the rain. On entering the car park a man in a yellow jacket was shouting "why" at me from his car. I thought he must be suicidal. I drove into the vast car park with no idea where to go. I twisted and turned through ranks of poorly parked vehicles, no spaces. I eventually drove down a small ramp and saw a further area of car park stretching out beyond me. I then realised the car park had posts dividing the areas up into lettered zones...Y...ahh, right. I parked, waited for the bus, which I could see coming for a good ten minutes before it got to me, boarded, sat for ten minutes before being dropped off and then went on holiday. On my return a huge bus arrived, bendy bus I think they're called. The driver was really helpful...Off we went back to the poorly metalled car park in this bendy vehicle which was clearly too big for the car park. Getting back to my car took longer than flying home. (On my arrival I noticed a sign at the entrance to the car park indicting parking zones...how had I not seen that when we arrived? There was a van parked in front of it) We twisted and turned, we let people off between stops, we tried to pick people back up again as the road twisted back to where they had exited with the drivers memory akin to that of a goldfish...doors open "are you getting on?"...."No, I just got off..." Again I could see my car for ages before we got to it, I should have walked from the airport. It's awful, a money making exercise, nothing more. I've done jet parks 1 or 2 before , they were fine, this isn't.

Have used Jetparks on a number of occasions and will use them again. Great service and god value for money

Waited 45 mins to be picked .up for outward bound flight, if it had been raining we would have been soaked through. A bus did come by but the driver said that we were on the wrong side of the road (T103 shelter) to be picked, therefore he would pick us up on his return. When the bus came back the driver actually sped up and left us standing - he could not miss approx 15 people.

On the way was ok Coming back had to wait about an hour for the bus All the passenger were cramped in one bus with there luggage

Fortunately a transfer coach driver directed me to the very few spaces left. Rough ground and unmarked spaces did not give a good impression nor make me feel confident in leaving the car there. The transfer coach drivers were very good and extremely helpful but they were the only staff I saw.

Had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up which normally doesn't happen but this did cause unwanted stress before our holiday. Previously only ever waiten 10 minutes so maybe a bad time

Barriers didn't work on arrival, as a result we could leave easily on a way back as we think our car reg was not loged on a system properly. Aa bit of a pain particulary if arriving back from holidays later on in a day with two tired young children. No stuff on a car park to sort out problems either so had to phone.

The whole experience booking and leaving our car at jet parks 3 was so easy was given directions and went straight there the barrier recognised our reg number and opened straight away we parked our car made a note of the row and bus stop before we left the car......as we got to the bus stop it had left but the driver had seen us and come back to pick us up took no more than ten mins to get to airport as it goes round all terminals and when we came back waited no more than five mins for the bus to go back to our car Brilliant service would recommend I will defiantly use this car park again and again

Good parking easy to find and back in my car 10 minuets after leaving the airport. Well worth the cost.

The overall experience was great and I will continue to always use Jet Parks Car Parks. They are safe, reliable and very well organised. The transfer buses are a plenty and always on time, with the transfer time being next to nothing. Overall fantastic car parks and real value for money

Jet 3 car park was easy to find,transfers were excellent between car park and airport,and vice versa.staff were friendly and helpful e.g.several people were running for bus and driver stopped and waited for them ,this is not always the case.car park was secure and great value.would highly recommend . I found the experience rather stressful. The roadworks on the approach to the car park are AWFUL. Having entering the car park, which is VAST, we spent a considerable time driving around to find a space. There didn't seem to be many coaches to transfer to the airport, so there is quite a wait at the bus stop. It took 40 minutes from arrival to departing for the airport - luckily, we allowed plenty of time but it was stressful that it took so much time. On our return, it took us some time to find the exit - this needs to be more clearly signposted. On the plus side, the parking rows are clearly marked and the bus stops are numbered, so it is very easy to get off at the nearest bus stop and to find your car when you return. Also, the car park is very close to Terminal 3, where we were flying from - which is just as well, considering how long the whole process takes! On balance, I would prefer to pay a bit more for a less stressful experience.

parking ok. stone surface not good for wheeling the trolly on. Drivers not the most welcoming. Timely and quick between airport Felt it could be better. would use again.

The car park was very full and cars parked everywhere, including not in marked spaces. The return bus journey back took nearly an hour. The bus did not stop near our car and we had to walk through rows of cars. Will possibly look to parking elsewhere in the future. Considering the car park is so close to the airport, I would not have expected to allow an hour to get to and from the airport.

Great start to holiday. Park easy to find, entered with no problem, car park full but found space with in 3 minutes next to bus stop, bus came within 3 minutes straight to terminal 3 with no problems. Return to and exit from car park just as good as going.

We have used this service before which was excellent and I can say that using it again was also excellent. I would recommend it to anyone who lives quite a way from the airport because it works out cheaper than getting a taxi.
