Good value parking, easy to find, and with a very efficient bus service. Made travelling very easy.

Easy parking and regular pickups to the terminal quickest service I have used to date

Transfer time was about 25 mins and waited at least 15 mins for a bus to come. The staff on the bus wasnt that friendly and seamed an effort to respond to our good morning. Overall an average experience.

getting in was easy with camera recognition compared to putting in the credit card and it never working!!!! Plenty of spaces, clear numbers on the bus stops made it easy to get back to the car. it worked.

The roads etc are all tarmaced, the parking areas either side are gravel. Massive car park so found a space. Bus transfer arrived within 5 minutes of waiting at a stop (both at the car park and airport) so seemed fairly regular. ANPR on entry and departure so secure with barriers, and well lit at night. Didn't see any staff, but didn't need to as it was all automated. Great value for money.

Can't fault the value for money and easy to find from the motorway. It is basically a big open air car park with various bus stops, not much instruction as to the routine when you first arrive but basically find a space and stop at the bus stop covers it. Make sure you are in good time though as traffic to and fro can be horrendous, not a service for last minute arrivals and, similarly, on return back to Manchester be patient waiting for a bus. It will get there....eventually.

I park my car every week for 4 days in JetPark3 which proved to be the most convenient for me. Easy booking with really cheap fares, automatic plate recognition at the entrance (works for my foreign plate too), shuttles every 10 minutes or so with friendly and helpful drivers (looking for shortcuts when there is a traffic jam). I would recommend Jet Parks 3 Manchester to everyone I know.

Easy access off the M60 and plenty of space at a price that seemed value for money.Easy to book and easy access a good system.The only slight draw back was trying to wheel the suit cases on the large gravel surface

We parked our car o.k but didnt know where to get the transfer bus. After walking round for 15 mins decided to go down some steps and eventually saw a bus stop waited there and got the bus. So i would say it was very not well signposted and it was quite dark when we arrived there. We did not see anybody to ask either. So no customer service.

Apart from the roadworks on the Ringway Road, Jetparks 3 was easy to get to & does was it says on the tin.

make a good note of the bus stop number and where you park your car ..its a huge maze ! waited less than 2 mins for transfer and was the cheapest I could find.had to hunt for a space on arrival but all good really...thanks.

The car park appears to have been upgraded and has car number plate recognition the instructions for entering have not been changed and the bus number we were told to get was wrong. Fortunately the bus drivers were helpful and friendly.

Arriving at 1.30 pm on the Sunday found it time consuming finding somewhere to park, but overall no complains and will use again. A point should be made on the booking that is is your reponsibility to make a note of which area you left your car in and which bus stop to alight. There were a few people wandering about looking for their cars

Really impressed. Both buses came within minutes of waiting, even at 2am and car was safe upon our return. Thank you

There was plenty of parking spaces. The transfer was quick and easy. Would use this Jet Parks again.

Cars were parked all over the place at side of road etcbut other thatn this all ran very smoothlyand I would use again.

Easy to book. Easy to find. Easy pick up. Easy drop off. Easy easy easy.

Transfers were timely and easy to locate both on site and at the airport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Ticked all the boxes. thanks

The car park is vast. I spent a long time driving round trying to find a space. There are no indicators suggesting where there are spaces. I almost missed my flight as couldn't find a spot.

drove through barrier without check, this was going in and coming out. barrier just raised no verbal or card insertion. very insecure and unsecure feeling leaving car there bus over crowded driver sqaushed to many passengers on bus with half empty bus behind us
