Can't fault it. Hassle free parking with prompt bus service to the airport.

An excellent parking facility at Manchester Airport, definitely value for money. Staff were polite and very helpful. Bus transfers were very punctual.

The wait back to the car park when we arrived back in Manchester was longer than we have had to wait in the past. Also, the car park was very nearly full on arrival and it took an age to find an empty space - I would recommend leaving extra time for this.

Everything straight forward, literally stepped straight onto the bus going and returning, would definitely use again.

In future I will pay the extra to park closer to the terminal, waiting for bus/transfer time added well over 30 mins to the end of our journey, unfortunately this was in the early hours so it was very tiring.

quick transfers, cheap compared to others, easy to use, had no problems, will defo use again. Even when we got there, my number plate was recognised and the barrier open straight away.

Easily booked ; efficient transfers, although very crowded on return journey.

car reg recognition meant that i didn't even have to get out of the car until i had parked.plenty of bus stops in car park but not so many as to delay your transfer.we waited for three minutes to be transfered to the airport and were lucky enough to walk straight onto a bus on our return.on leaving the car park,i had barely stopped before the barrier was lifted.excellent service..

THE LOCATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE 100% ACCURATE TO FOLLOW AND SIMPLE STEP BY STEP INFORMATION. TRANSFERS ARE SO PUNCTUAL TO TIME. WE NORMALLY USE JET PARKS 1 & 2 BUT AS THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED WE OPTED FOR JET PARKS 3 IN WHICH WAS EQUALLY THE SAME WONT BE USING ANYBODY ELES IN THE NEAR FUTURE ONLY "JET PARKS" NO PREFERENCE 1,2 OR 3. EXCELLENT FIRM!!

Overall was good value for money, only gripe we had was that there seemed to be many buses that came and stopped for her parks 1,2 and plus but not many for park 3 which everyone and anyone was waiting for. This was on our return. All else was fine otherwise. Very swiftly in and out.

First time I have used the service. The site was easy to find with good directions and close to the airport. Convenient pick up points around the car parks and I didnt have to wait long for the shuttle bus either way. Easy access and well marked bays making it easy to find your car. Value for money. Would definitely use them again.

Easy to use once you've worked out how the system works but not a single person on site to help or give advice if needed! Transfer buses seem frequent enough but a bit crowded.

Booking online was quick and easy. Finding the car park was straight forward and we got parked up and on the bus transfer within 5 minutes. Excellent service and simplicity. I will definitely use again.

I would prefer the cost to be slightly cheaper because it is about the same price has a taxi.

We booked online and simple got their and the barrier lifted , gave us a ticket with our car registration number on and in we went to find a parking space abeit after a while (so many cars already there)but we did it ,caught the bus and dropped off at the airport entrance. On the return simply caught the bus ,it took us back to the park. We found our car and barrier lifted on it's own and off home we went. NO PROBS.

The spaces in the car park were more than adequate and the frequency of the buses is perfect. i would recommend jet parks to anybody it makes sense.
