We arrived back from our trip very late at night and the courtesy bus was there waiting, with a safe and quick journey to the jet park which was great as we where cold after our holiday in the heat, I would reccommend jet park 3 to anybody regards Sylvia smith

There was inadequate parking, it took me 20 minutes of driving around trying to find a space, and in the end I parked on the end of a row as did many other cars. When I collected my car, I found it had been hit by somebody who did not leave any details. I then struggled to get off the elevated parking section (section x) as the exit for cars was not indicated, only for pedestrians. I phoned the telephone number on my receipt only to be told they operated Monday - Friday during office hours only! I was in tears - it took me approximately half an hour to find the exit off the level. Without a doubt, the worst car parking experience EVER at an airport.

You are to expect an easy car-parking experience with the parks only a mile or two from your terminal, but we were sorely disappointed. The parks are completely packed with cars - it took us twenty minutes of driving around to find (invent) a space squeezed up against a fence. Then we waited for ten minutes at a freezing exposed bus stop to be picked up. The bus then took about fifteen minutes driving around the park to scoop everyone else up, so by the time we got to our terminal we were seriously wondering about the supposed benefits. I honestly found it better to use the Carrington park - fifteen minutes away but without any of the delays or hassles.

The parking at Jet Park 3 was pretty good and the bus service to the airport was also pretty good though I waited over 30 mins for the return bus to the car park. There were tones of buses to all the other Jet Parks but not many to Jet Park 3. One thing I want to let people know was that the directions I was given to the car park were not good at all and I nearly missed my flight. I suggest the directions are updated soon or else people will have the same issue I had in the future! Apart from the crappy directions ll in all the parking was good (-;

Cars are dumped all over the car park, blocking exits & making manoeuvring very difficult. I had to reverse back up blocked lanes, 3 times before I got out. It was like being trapped in a maze. Not a good or safe experience

It's a big place and can take time to find a space so allow enough time to do so. Most likely place for spaces is at the western-most end via a narrow access beside the security fence.

Well signposted to find your car on return having kept all the details in my iPhone. Easy bus transfers.

excellent way to travel no hastle regular bus service to and from air port, will deal with again...

cars parked all over the place and no spaces, took an age driving in circles trying to find somewhere !

over 55 bus stops so no walking for miles with cases easy in out and drivers most hopefull

The car park was easy to find and not far from the terminal. The bus transfers were prompt and we felt much more secure about leaving our car here than other car parks we've used.

Easy to find, bus runs frequently and regularly. Definitely recommended!

This is an excellent car parking service that I have no hesitation in recommending.

We were very impressed with the service recieved from Jet Park 3---car was recognised on entry ticket printed out with car details-car parking bays clearly marked out-- bus stops conviently placed--transport to airport arrived in under 5 mins--bus stop rght outside terminal--on return waited less than 5 mins to be taken back to the car park--both bus drivers very pleasant and helpful will deffinatly be using service again and will recommend it to friends/family

After i parked car i was at terminal 1 within 10-15 mins, don't need to worry about the car as it was in secure carpark.. Same again when we got back from holiday.... Will use again....

Easy to find, no messing about in and out quickly, buses come very often, not waiting long for one, same on our return. We have used this car park before and we would recommend it to anyone.

No problems whatever but please note the garage on the last cornet has changed 'ownership'

After working for BA for twenty two years, this airport parking system takes all the stress away from finding a parking spot, when rushing to get to your check in desk.

when you get dropped off going to the airport, the bus drops you at the arrivals part of the airport so you still have a bit to walk to get to departures. after coming out of the airport terminal, made our way to the pick up point and waited easily 15 mins. when bus arrived, it then went to every other terminal and waited around even though it was obvious no-one was around and no flights had come in. then arrived at jet parks 3 and had to keep stopping every time we passed another bus so the drivers could have a chat about something that was going on. all in all, very frustrating when you have just arrived off a flight, want to get to your car and get home. took us nearly an hour to get to our car from waiting at the pick up point

Pick up and drop off were superb. On the way back we were at the car within 20 minutes of flight arriving. Good value too.
