no problem from start to finish. on line booking very simple great value especially when booking well in advance

I like Long Stay South because it's so quick to get in and out of the terminal. What else can I say?!

All was well except when I went to leave the machine asked me to pay. So I had to reverse and park and go into the kiosk to explain that I'd already paid. There was no problem but it was a bit of a pain to have to do.

No hassle parking, no hassle booking and quick on transfers - will be booking this again.

Easy to get too and well marked. Drop and pick up was done during daylight, so could not comment on lighting. Transfer was quick and easy and the driver was there to help if needed. Will defiantly use them again.

Pleased with car parking - found a space easily and didn't have to wait long for a bus at either end of journey. Could be cheaper!

I arrived back after my holiday to discover that I had a FLAT Battery...well I was expecting to have to part with silly money. I reported my dilema to the bus driver who immediatley summoned assitance for me. The backup vehicle arrived within 5 minutes and jumped my battery. I was up and running within 10 minutes. The driver of the backup truck requested no reward.. I gave him a Fiver and he was genuinely happy...me too. Thanks alot.

Everything happened as it said it would. Being fairly close to the terminal was worth paying the extra money compared to some of the cheaper sites which are further away. We had no waiting at either end for the courtesy bus. It all went like clockwork. Would def use it again.

The location of the car park is very convenient and the bus trasnfers also very regular. The booking process was very easy and on the day they had thought of everyhting to ensure that you find your car easily when you return. I was very impressed by the customer services as we had some changes to make from the original booking and it easy to get through to the team and they were very efficient and accommodating in making the changes.

This car park is very close to the main terminal building. This was most convenient because we were staying at the Marriot overnight before our early morning flight and so we could walk to the hotel. The car park itself is well lit by street lamps and easy to find from the main. We booked our parking online which meant when we were leaving, the barrier cameras recognised our number plate so that we could just drive away. Buses seemed to be extremely regular, with one waiting for us on arrival and departure.

The online booking process was easy and atraightforward. The number plate recognition meant that I drove straight in, found a space, waited less than 10 minutes for a bus, got to the airport quickly and the process was just as smooth and carefree on my return (bus was waiting at the airport stop). Hassle free. Would recommend.

It was very simple to book, it was easy to find from the addrress and details given. The area was very well lit and signposted so that you could find your car easily when you get back. We didn't see any staff apart from the shuttle bus drivers, which provide a good service to and from the terminal. None of the buses were too full and were very regular. All in all a good experience and hugely cheaper and more convenient than a taxi there and back!

i have used this car park twice recently using the saemv ehicle. On both occasions upon exiting the barrier didnt recognise the ticket/vehicle and i have had to reverse along with a queue of vehicles behind me and goi to the customer serviece desk and queue. On both occaions they have offered no explanation and issued me a new ticket to exit. Not what you want after a long day hanging around in airports and flyiong, all you want is to get home especially as we had a 100 mile journey upon leaving the airpport to get home

I had used the service before in the past as well as the Long Stay Plus. This time for some reason it seemed to me that the process of leaving and collecting the car took a bit longer than I expected (perhaps 25 minutes to/from terminal). On the way back a minor delay was introduced by the fact that upon entry the plate recognition system had not recognise my registration number, so I had to park the car in front of the payments office and sort things out with the staff. Staff members were helpful and efficient.

I had no problem finding the parking area at the long stay car park at Gatwick.I arrived early 0615 hours.It was dark,but the area was well lit and I was able to drive to the vacant parking slot without any problems.Within minutes I was whisked away in a luxury coach to the terminal.It was all so efficient.

I've used the Long Stay South Parking for over 5 years now and it's always been quick and stressfree and ensured our holidays and business trips get off on the right foot!! I will continue to use the Long Stay South Parking as it is good value and fantastic peace of mind.

Having paid for the parking up front, we saved over £30. The whole experience made the start and end of the holiday stess free. We couldn't have asked for more.

We just drove in and parked up in any space locked up and kept the keys took the bus from the nearest stop just 10 yards away and got dropped off at departures. Coming back bus waiting and dropped us back to car was an easy experience only advice would be to make a note of the car park zone A,B etc space number & Bus stop number. Would certainly use again thanks

All straight forward except on exit when it was asking for payment. Went to ticket office who authorized exit and said they had not been informed of my details.

we couldn't find the entrance due to poor signage and roadworks. In the dark we had no idea if we were in the right place until a busdriver told us where to leave the car and held the bus for us to get on - he was super.
