Simple solution to start and end your holiday without the hassle of public transport.

So close, you could almost walk to the terminal. Slightly confusing at the entrance barrier as it stated it had number plate recognition (which it didn't)so was unsure whether to take a ticket or not. A notice on the barrier would help.

simple automated system on entry and exit if prepayed. Spaces a bit tight if you have a big car, and if you cannot get near a bus stop you might get a bit wet if its raining and hands are occupied with cases so you cannot use a brolly! Otherwise good but make sure you make a note of zone and stop number.

The transfers were not as regular as advertised and as a result both were very full. However, the service overall was as you would expect. In our experience, the return transfer was particularly poor with people having to wait for over 40 mins for the bus which, disappointingly, resulted in people pushing in - this all led to a rather "frosty" return transfer!

Unlike us, remember to write down on your card where you have parked!! After two weeks, we ran around like headless chickens in the dead of night and couldn't find our car. Will definately park there again, it works very well.

Straight into car park - straight onto bus - straight into terminal. It can't get much easier. (Same in reverse coming back as well !)

The system worked fine my only criticisms the parking boxes are very small for large 4x4 vehicles (as with most other car parking at airports) and a sign at the point of enrty to inform customers who have pre booked what to do.

It was easy to find, well signposted, good, quick transfer and suited our needs perfectly.

Although flying from the North Terminal, parking in the South terminal car park was made all th easier by the ease of use and punctual buses to the terminal.

I was pleasantly surprised with the simplicity of it all and the fact that I was collected and deposited at the airport and the car park with speed and efficiency. The wheels came off when, having collected the car, I approached the exit only to find that my ticket didn't operate the barrier and I was requested to make a further payment. So I had to approach the''office''and seek their assistance. All got resolved in a few minutes but it appears that there are often difficulties at the exit barrier with the particular Company I used. So whilst I will use the service again in the future it will be with a different Company.

We have used this car park several times. We booked in advance online and both the transfer there and back were very punctual. Very likely that we will use again.

Everything went smoothly. The dropping off of the car, the efficiency of the bus that took us to our terminal, the knowledge that the vehicle would be safe for two weeks. On our return the absolute simplicity of making our way to the bus stop and getting delivered back to the appropriate spot was great. Our German friends who joined us for the return journey were really impressed with the efficiency of it all!

I found the car park easy using the directions given. The bus was there waiting when we arrived and we had to wait a very short time to be picked up after our holiday. Bus driver was friendly and helpful

Easy to find and park. Transfers good but allow time - if you see one go you have to wait 10 mins. Return transfers go round all the zones but it doesn't take too long! We'd paid but had to go to the cashiers office which is a bit of a pain to get the exit ticket.

easy access, available park zone clearly marked, and bus transfers all on time and convenient. have used 4 times in 3 weeks...good servce.

Faultless service quick and efficent, no long waits for busses. Would recomend the service to anyone using Gatwick.
