First time used but found the car park easily accessible and transfer to airport superb - upon return our flight was delayed several hours and no additional cost for parking - would recommend and use service again - hassle free!

Directions to car park good, ticket issued at entrance barrier with booking reference on (number plate recognition worked) we flew, we returned, inserted ticket at exit barrier and left. Could not have asked for more.

Parking is always easy and well organised, my only complaint is the Staff when you visit the pay kiosk on leaving the site, when you take in your voucher they look straight through you as if you are not there and also carry on having a conversation with their work collegues, no please or thank you and no smile, futher training of these staff members is required, maybe a few spot checks could be carried out to rectify this .

We arrived following the printed directions easily. Well signed, lit and easy to park. Straight onto a bus and dropped off right outside the terminal. On returning, a bus arrived as we came out of the building, 10 minutes later, we were driving the car away. Great.

Having parked here before I was pleasantly surprised that the number plate recognition worked both going in and leaving a week later. The car park and transfer to airport worked well as always. I would certainly recommend it to others. Cannot really comment on car park staff as did not see or speak to any, other than bus driver.

The only comment that I would make is the Car Registration recognition on entry into the car park. Apart from the barrier lifting up, you have no indication where to proceed to. After entry into the car park, we were unsure of which area to park, thankfully a airport transfer coach driver helped us by telling us to go to the area which was being used at that time. I am sure we would have "worked" this out in time, however it was a little off-putting going through the barrier.

THe only thing that didn't work was the number plate recognition which meant we had to call into the office on the way out but was all pretty quickly resolved.

The car park is very easy to find, the car reg recognition system is a bonus, if you pre-book,as you can just take the ticket and drive through to find the next "open" section. The bus came along just as we had locked the car so we didn't even have to wait at the bus stop. On the return journey, the bus was waiting in the designated area and the driver helpful. On the way out we just popped then card in the slot,the barrier opened and we were on our way home. This took less than 30 minutes from landing. I would recommend to friends and family. When travelling independently we always use this facility

From touchdown, to being back at the car took exactly one hour. The coach transfer was almost immediate.

Everything was excellent, from location down to service. Thank you, very smooth.

Many thanks to the Drivers of the Coaches who went out of their way to return a hand luggage bag, that was left on the coach on our return, as the bag contained my father's medication.

The car park was easy to find, wasn't sure which car park to park in at first but a sign on the left tells you which car park is open for you to park in (a,b,c,d,e, etc) and clearly states which are closed. The buses were clean and not busy at all which was great as the 3 of us had 5 suitcases and a buggy to contend with! Upon our return (3am in the morning) the buses were still running every 10 minutes and picked us up from the same place we got off. We will definitely be travelling liek this in the future, cannot believe how stress free it was compared to travelling by train etc, no waiting needed.

Easy to use and perfect location. Car park very secure and excellent bus transfer. A plus point is you keep your car keys with you (we do not like handing our car keys over to a "professional driver who will carefully park your car" who is, in fact, a complete stranger!). We changed the vehicle we would be using a few days before parking, but, in spite of changing this on the website,it was not recognised. We had to report to the office with the ticket, but the guy was not particularly helpful and was really quite rude.

Entry was a little confusing but after that parking was easy, transfer bus arrived within 3 minutes. Upon arraival back in the country once again transfer bus arrived within 5 minutes of arrival, straight back to the designated bus stop, exit was very straight forward back onto main artirial route.

Automatic vehicle number recognition failed to recognise the car number plate - not an unknown occurrence where the vehicle in question is concerned.

We arrived a little sooner than expected following an overnight drive from Cumbria. We found the place quite easily following the instructions given (although we've been here before plenty of times & also have good Sat-Nav) That was not a poblem as we didn't have to wait very long at all for transfer to airport South Terminal (a few minutes away) We always feel happier retaining our car keys (which is the case here)& much prefer to park at the airport rather than looking forward to a long transfer back to the car on our return As it happened we had a nightmare flight back from our destination arriving 24hours later than expected It was good to get back to the car from the airport & pay for the extra day with the minimum of fuss We were dealt with promptly & politely by the staff We will be using APH again, without doubt, great service. flight was 20 mins delayed. they tried to charge me an extra £11.50 at the car park exit! went to customer service box and they sorted it out for me.

we were confused on arrival as to wether we were in the right car park but found a helpful person to advise, overall a good experience would use again
