We were delayed in the aftermath of the volcanic ash. There was chaos at the departure barrier, customer service staff showed no compassion or interest in getting people out.

We were a day late due to a flight cancellation and there was no charge which was very much appriciated after returning from holiday, but most of all we found our car had a flat battery and there was someone to assist us within 5 minutes. now thats what you call "Great customer service" Many thanks.

staff very curteous and generous under the unfortunate circumstances of me being stranded abroad.

it did exactly what it promised, and was so easy to find and use. I'll be back!

I had my reservations about parking at Gatwick, but I was very impressed. By the road signs etc and also by the friendly service of the drivers of the coaches. We parked in South Car Park, as depature was from ~South Terminal but on our return came into North Terminal. The transfer was very good. I shall park there again in future.

due to the volcanic eruption in iceland we were delayed in malta for 6 days and the staff were very good and did not even charge for the overstay

As stated the car park is in an excellent position , good value for money and extremely efficient service from park attendants and bus drivers - most helpful. We will certainly be using this car park again. Jan Stillwell

Signposting has improved, car park and parking areas are easily accessible, parking spaces still a bit too narrow. We had to ask Customer Services for use of loo after our long journey plus delays, found their attitude disappointing and could have been friendlier. Overall excellent value car parking and would definitely use again.

trouble getting out of car park although had ticket with ref on it still had to go to cashier to validate ticket,otherwise very good directions to car park.

A very efficient service and value for money. You feel your car is well secured and safe whilst you are away. The bus transfers are frequent and the bus drivers are always helpful and friendly. Would recommend to friends and family and anyone else.

the car park is by the airport, the transfer was right on time for both my outbound and inbound flights. In fact, i didn't have to wait at all for the transfer to return to my car. good value for money. would definitely recommend it.

Good price but barrier didn't recognise number plate on way out so had to call member of staff which delayed our depature

I would recomend this long stay car park and i would use it again. I booked on line, good directions and information, the car park was clean and the transfers to the airport were very good. The staff were very polite and helpfull.

This on site car park helped us get in 2 hours before the flight as we had a 3 hour journey before we got to Gatwick. The lit car park was a factor in my choice, and we did not have to wait too long for the buses. I would definately book this car park via gosimply.com again.

I was happy to pay £8 more to be close to the airport terminals and not run the risk of delays in thebus transfer. We waited less than 2 minutes for the Long Stay buses which were very efficient. I will use again despite higher price.

Asked a member a Long Stay South Staff for guidance before entering car park, his help was the start of a no worries parking experience. Parked my car and got a bus within minutes!! No problems on returning either!! I would definately recommend this car park to friends.

Other than having trouble finding the car which was covered in frost,all went well. The only hic up we had was entirely our fault.We got on the wrong bus and went to North Terminal. It would be a help if the driver called out before he set off where he was going.

We have used your service before and find it excellent in every way. Parking on site makes the whole process much more practical.

This was a care free experience because the process is so effecient and the parking station so well organised.
