we parked up and did not have to wait long for a bus and also when we came back the service was very good. i would recommend this car park to anybody.

It was my first time to and it was unclear to me where I was supposed to enter. The signs for the transfer coach from Gatwick back to the carpark were not clear.

I did wonder if it was possible for me to get a bus directly from the South Terminal car park to the North terminal - my only suggestion was that it could have been clearer. Otherwise, fantastic!

A very well run and effecient service. I would use the service again and will recommend it to other travellers.

It's not called long stay south at the entrance so we were unsure when we arrived at the barrier whether it was the right car park. Other people going in reassured us and then it was all very easy. Waited one minute for bus to airport and there was a bus waiting when we arrived back at Gatwick. Will certain use it again.

Having chosen Long term South as the nearest & equal in price to any other company. The experience was a little unnerving, arriving a 6.30am, dark & wet. Drove in as instructions, guided by temporary arrow sign on the road. Drove up to barrier and collected a ticket, all going well. Parked the car, walked to bus stop No:2 within minutes collected & transfer completed to South Terminal, elated. During holiday, started to feel insecure about whether I'd parked in the right place, especially as my credit card said BCP. Re-read the instructions, noted again the numberplate recognition, looked at the machine ticket, nothing to re-assure me. Arrived back 6.30pm Gatwick South. Signage very poor for Long Term parking collection, if any that worked. Having arrived on the ground floor and no sign of LT Signs, we asked to be told it's on the third floor. Up we went only outside was there any sign we noticed. Collected and transferred back to the car, drove to the exit with unease, considered parking to one side and asking at the exit office, but drove to the barrier and inserted card, short hesitation, a thank-you and up went the barrier, FANTASTIC!! Please explain a little better in the information confirmation & improve the signage in the terminal or state which floor in the document. That achieved it is the MOST FANTASTIC parking experience I've ever had. Many thanks to....BCP?? Regards David Fisher

It is nice to park near the airport when you arrive at 12.30 at night and get home quickly with no hassle

As car parking goes, this is as smooth and painless as they all should be. The operation was effortless. From the booking to transportation to and from the airport, and finally to exiting the car park at the end of my stay.

yes car park was good.sometimes there can be a lack of spaces.in the zone areas.but overall buses were on time.if sometimes a bit crowded.good value for money if you booked in advance

Found the car park by following the simple directions provided. Everything went without a hitch. Will use the service again and would recommend it to anyone who needs in expensive long term parking at Gatwick :-)

Transfers run on time and there is an indication when the next bus is coming. The parking is very close to the airport, so the transfer time is minimised. The car plate is recognised by cameras, so there is no need to show your reservation to the staff.

Only one thing made me really unhappy. I put your post code to my set nav and it brought me to some unused, old, back entry to some other carpark, far from the airport. I dont know if it was my sat nav's fault or your postcode is inacurrate but I was nearly late for my flight. Everything else - especially the price was really good. It's a great resoultion when you travell with familly - cost you less than public transport.

well organised, quick transfers and easy to use. however remember to note where you left your car. i forgot to note the zone and row etc but was able to remember from sight. perhaps car park should have some signs reminding people.

Easy to find ,easy to park, excellent bus driver on return. Had us all laughing even though the weather was awful and we all felt very fed up at returning.

As we were in Zone G, the return transfer coach took some time to turn up at the terminal. It was frustrating standing in the rain early Sunday morning watching 2 coaches go past for Zones ABCD before ours finaly arrived. However, the driver was very entertaining and made the whole coach laugh which helped reduce the frustrations.

With close proximity to the South terminal, bus service that is timely and drops you off close to the departure gates, it makes for the ideal parking solution.

We have used this service several times before, and this time proved to be as good as previous trips. WE will be useing Long Stay South on our next holiday for sure.

It is the easiest way to travel to & from the airport & makes for a more relaxing flight. I also find it very cost effective & found that if I travelled to the airport by taxi or train, it would work out more expensive than using the parking services. I have no hesitation in recommending this service as it is the third time that I have done so & certainly wont be the last.

The car park was easy to find and transfer to the airport quick and on-time. You can't expect more

I have found buses to run more freaquently than advertised and getting to the car after plane landing is no trouble at all, unless you get on the wrong bus as the names of the adjoining car parks only differ by one word (what idiot thought that one up???).
