The whole experience was very good, especially when we returned to our car to find the battery was flat. A car park jeep passed by and quickly jump started our car - so as to make a potentially annoying experience, an easy one. The attendant was very friendly, and helpful. Very impressed.

We keep returning to this car park due to the fact that is quicker and easier than a lot of the off-site car parks we have used in the past. Buses are very frequent so we never have to wait around too long and the whole process is very simple and seems to run very smoothly.

Perfect parking - like short stay at other airports - very close to the terminal and worth the extra to save on the bus journey.

Very easy to use this service. Quick and I liked the fact I didn't have to hand in my keys. Bus driver gave the funniest commentary I had heard in ages- made me glad to be back in the UK

Coach driver, a 'Scouse', was very informative and entertaining on the outward trip.

Didn'nt have to wait for transfer bus when going or coming back. Near to terminal. Will use again!

By booking online the service and convenience were very much enhanced. This is my second time using this parking facility I shall use it whenever we again use Gatwick. Highly recommended.

All in all a good experience. The transfers were regular & quick. My only slight gripe was the lack of instruction on what to do on arrival at the parking ticket machine & indeed whether I was at the correct car park at all, but apart from that...great.

Carpark easy to find, plenty of spaces, coaches run very regularly; only five-ten mins from airport. Have used flightbus in past but would definitly recommend taking car and parking and was so much easier.

The new spaces and bus stops are a big improvement. We are regular users and have always found the service to be prompt and efficient. On one occasion I left the car with a window open, and on our return found the staff had sealed the opening with a plastic liner to prevent rain drenching the interior. Now that's good service!

A very good all round set up. The parking was secure and being able to keep my keys for added peace of mind was a bonus. The buses ran as promised. the drivers also were very helpful. It's an experience I would recommend and shall repeat again myself.

Finding a parking space was fairly easy and we waited just a few minutes until the transfer bus arrived to take us to the terminal. On the way back the driver was helpful and there were no problems exiting the car park. We will definitely use the service again.

I found different similarly priced web suppliers very confusing as first time user as whilst all referred to "official Long Term Parking at Gatwick" I was driving around looking for your logo without realising several brands all go to the same LT car park. When rushing for a plane that was not welcome stress !

the car park was so close that it made everthing easy, easy entry on arrival and leaving, transfers punctual no waiting around which you dont need late at night or early morning, will definatley use this again without question.Staff very helpful checking that we were on the correct bus for our stop without having to ask.

Having used this car park before, found it simple to find. Transfers are good with good drop off and pick up points. Would not hesitate to recommend.

very good, would definately use it again! was a bit worried when choosing car parking as some said they kept keys but then when we arrived at long stay car park, we parked the car ourself and kept our keys. when we arrived back we didnt know wich stop to get off the bus but the bus driver helped us. bus stops easy to find and not long to wait either. bus takes u to right outside airport entrance. car park lit up.

Booking online was simple and inexpensive, very clear insructions. parking facilities good with a prompt pickup service. Wiil use this service again in the future and recommend to others.

l found this a trouble free way to book and park my car at Gatwick.The bus driver was simply the best,he went out of his way to be very helpful and made it all a pleasant experience for us.The iceing on the cake was when we returned one week later to find that we had the very same driver and he remembered us too. Fantastic service we will be back.

We've always previously had excellent experiences with Long Term Parking. However, on this occasion things did not run as smoothly on our exit. As always, we book well ina dvance and pay well in advance. This time on exiting the gate using or ticket, we were asked to pay a fee of around £109.... we were some what flabagasted as we had already paid in full. We then had to go to Customer Services to get some assistance. I must say that the female attendant was not very helpful. We were made to feel like some sort of inconvenience who were bothering her. Things were however resolved but we would not like to have this experience again.
