It was easy to find parking was easy bus at bus stop olny took 2 mins to airport fantastic will use in future on return bus in one min great service

Simple clear web instructions - I altered the vehicle after booking - this presented no problems and checked out on return with the cashier.

The price is fantastic and the service is second to none for Gatwick. I've used this carpark about 8 times now and have been impressed everytime. I've used others at Gatwick and none of them can compare in price or service.

When we need to arrive on a snowy winters day at 4 in the morning, it's really welcome that it is reasonably easy to find a space, the bays are lettered and numbered for easy return and the bus is there. We appreciated the electronic check in and out

Book online in advance to save you money. Parking staff very helpful and efficient. Less than 50m walking with your luggage from car to arrivals takes the hassle out of traveling.

Information about checking out was not clear. I assumed the ticket would allow me to exit via the barrier as it was prepaid. I need to check out via the office

Our flight changed to leave from the North Terminal rather than the South, so I was very dissapointed that we could not change the parking to North Terminal for ease of transfer. Your Transfer to the South Terminal was fine, it was a pain to change again to the North.

someone had carelessly banged the wing mirror, cars crammed into spaces, a little more room would be appreciated.

I have used this car park many many times over the last 20 years and have always found it to be excellent, the main thing i DO NOT like about many of the other car parks is that they require your car keys, this one does not do this

We arrived in heavy snow but the car park was still open and buses were running as normal. The digital sign indicating how long till the next bus was very welcome considering how cold it was! Transfer to the terminal was quick and although we were in the last zone for drop-off, the return journey was simple. All in all a very slick operation and good value for money.

Would highly recomend it. I usually travel to the airport by public transport, but, it did not run the time I needed so check our car parking. It worked out cheaper than two train tickets with a fraction of the hassle - will definitely use it again

Only thing which bothered me is that the snow hasnt been ploughed on the parking spaces.

I can not write a review for Mr Dockrell as he passed away whilst awway....but would like to say the parking cost is fair when pre-booked but if the break is cut short there is no information on refunding. regards Mrs Dockrell

Card system worked well but the snow and ice at 02:30am was not so good but beyond your control!

Excellent rate for parking. Flight delayed on return - no extra charge as departure day had been calculated into cost. Will recommend.

had some difficulty finding the car park staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful buses were regular

The directions into the car park were not clear and we turned around near the entrance to check again.We then had to take a ticket from a machine to get into the car park although we had pre paid for a week. Buses back to the car park. Some confusion and we first boarded a bus to another CP so we went back to arrivals to get the correct bus.

Polite, punctual and simple - that's all I wanted and that's what I got. The best around.

from commencement i.e. booking enquiry, staff were very polite and helpful. Everything thereafter just went smoothly. I'm very happy with the service and facilities and would use this every time. I would happily recommend this to anyone. rgds

Great, no problems. We had a comedy bus driver to the terminal, he got a round of applause on arrival - good start to the weekend!
