the site it's self was very good but i was not very happy when i returned from my holiday to find that both doors and the rear wheel arch had been damaged on my car and on top off that i could not get out of the car park when i inserted my pre paid car i was asked to pay £184.00 .Ihad to fill in a form befor i could get out of the car park i also had to fill in a form re the damage to my car but it was made quite clear to me that there was no point proseeding with this matter as you park at your own risk 'so i would recomend finding a car park where your car is parked for you as its going to cost me £350.00 to get my car repaired.

We were very suprised to find how easy the whole experience was. We found the bus transfer to the terminal excellent. Our flight was mid day & one does wonder how frequent this would be on late night flights.

upon exit my car registration was not detected on the system..had to park up and go inside...needed to access the internet to get my booking reference as my wife had travelled with it in her handbag. Eventually they let me out

We have used the Long Stay South Parking car park before, and as usual everything went according to plan and worked very efficiently.

The driver on the way back was so friendly, scotish gentleman with a big smile and wink when I boarded the bus. Then as we disembarked he added have a good day in his lovely scotish accent!!! Lovely guy. Great service and liked that I didn't pay extra for using my credit card!! The only thing was that my car number plate wasn't recognised so I has to jump out at the end to get my exit ticket! Or you get charged twice!! I only used the car park for the day as I was on a course held at the Hilton and after researching found it cheaper to park there for the day and not in the short stay car park!! Which is so expensive!!

Used before and as always, value for money and convenient. For the first time, the number plate recognition worked but when we returned to exit, the system wanted more money from us. We still had to go to the customer services building and show our email confirmation for them to process our ticket as we have had to when number plate recogition did not work. Shame because the facility is convenient, secure and easy to use.

There was an error at the barrier when exiting at the end of my stay but this was quickly resolved by staff in the office. I would use again.

As usual I find the Long Stay Parking the most efficient method to park at Gatwick Airport. I have being using this car park for a number of years and will continue to use you in the future.

Unfortunately, I had problems getting out. My ticket when inserted asked for £155 payment !! Fortunately your staff were helpfull, checked my pre-payment and let me out.

Gatwick parking has always been good for my purpose , however it has seemed to get alot more expensive this year

Hadn't received my confirmation email but it was too late to request another. So went (early morning) to the car park, parked for the three days and fully expected to pay again on the return. Imagine my surprise, when the attendant immediately located my name and reg. no. and accepted my ticket. Subsequently I received an email from BCP telling me that I had incorrectly typed in my email address - which was true - I had!! Thanks for the prompt support, BCP. I'll certainly use you again!

We did have to go into reception to exit the car park but this was quick. Not sure how it would be late at night. Expensive for length of stay, but the cheapest we could find.

I would never use anyone else as it is so easy to book up and very quicck to transfer to the airport. There is no hassle which is all you want when flying and meeting deadlines

Wanted somewhere I didn't have to hand my keys over or wait for transfer in a cramped minibus. Long stay is just the job, quick and secure. Very happy and would reccommend

We did not really meet any staff at the car park except the bus drivers who were both very very kind. The car park was easy to find and really close to the terminal. I will certainly book there again when I travel in February.

Overall it was all ok, however the signage at Heathrow South is very confusing at the moment due to the on going construction work at the terminal. This then led me to stand at the wrong bus stop for 10 minutes!!

only whinge I have is when we went to leave the car park, entered our ticket in machine and it said we had to pay, so i had to go into the office and show all the receipts, apparently u did not give our car registration number, luckily they had details of our booking in my name.
