We found everything worked very efficiently, from the booking process to the pick up. We would definitely use RS09 again.

We had a very early start, so it was good to be able to leave the car at departures, after a nearly 5 hour flight it was good to have the car delivered to us, I would use this service again.

Never used meet and greet before as too expensive but this only came out as slightly more than parking off airport. It was so easy to pull up at airport departures, hand over car and keys and walk up departures ramp! Called mobile contact on arrival back and car was there within 10 minutes! Recommend, great service!

My first time using a meet & greet service and I was wary due to reports that I had read regarding unauthorised mileage and vehicles being returned in a filthy condition. There was minimal mileage on my vehicle, no undue dirt or marks and the service was prompt with polite and friendly staff. I would definitely use RS09 again.

This was a life-saver for me and my family with a baby and a toddler in tow.

Even though I completely forgot to phone RS09 20 minutes before arrival, so I phoned them from Gatwick, they quickly sent out their driver and I was only waiting for 10-15 minutes.On the way back, I phoned immediately I got my luggage and they were waiting at the Drop Off point for me. I saw a couple who had booked Meet & Greet with another company waiting in the cold as we drove off so RS09 were speedy and efficient - exactly what you want.My only query was with the car clock and trip meter which were "flashing" so I had to reset them. A moment of doubt crossed my mind but the fuel was at the same level I left it so I choose to believe it was a strange coincidence! I will use them again without doubt but if similar happens a second time...I will be on the lookout.

The verbal dropping off instructions were clear, although they did not correspond with the written instructions, which I printed off. Driver was professional and it was nice to have the same driver for the drop and pick up.

This is the 3rd time I have used RS09 and I will definitely use them again. I think the value for money is good, the staff are friendly and pleasant and the service is efficient. An idea for RS09 - would you consider putting the cars through a car wash before returning them? I think it would be a nice touch.

A good, prompt service. The man who collected my car wasn't overly friendly, but the lady that returned it was very nice. Would use again.

Great service, called when 20 minutes away and were met promptly. Upon our return after calling when we collected our bags the car was outside waiting for us. All in all exactly the service that was promised.

I've used RS09 in the past and found the service excellent. My only gripe is that they only service Gatwick. But I look forward to them perhaps expanding in the future.

Phoned ahead of time as agreed but driver was not at agreed meeting point. When he arrived 10 mins after he was dropping off another customers car. He could not take mine until he had released the other car. We had to wait another 20 mins before he took the other car back to the depot and then take mine. Not the experience I paid for or expected. We had our 8 month old daughter with us and paid to avoid this hassle, it seemed they had too few drivers to cope with demand as there was another customer in exactly the same position as us. Picking car up was smooth on our return, but will not use again.

Excellent value and service. Will use them again. A plan of gatwick would be useful as on the way out we walked to the wrong pick up poin initially. Perhaps we are just dumb!
