Despite phoning 20 minutes before arriving at the airport as directed we were left waiting for 40 minutes for our car to be collected and almost missed check-in to our flight. Our return was even worse. We called around 10pm when we arrived and bags were arriving and were told to call again once we'd cleared customs. Subsequent phone calls to the given number were met with an out-of-order tone after a call redirect, and so it remained for the next 20 minutes, leaving us with no way to contact them and us fearing that we wouldn't be able to get our car back. After 20+ calls we finally got through, but no apology for not being able to contact them. Despite being told the car would be with us in 15 minutes, the car was a further 45 minutes, and we had to stand outside with little shelter on a rainy day while waiting. No apologies for any lateness, awfully bad communications at one point making us feel we'd been abandoned. I won't be returning.

Everything ran smoothly, from booking to pickup. i would recommend this service as excellent value for money.

Punctuality was very poor. We had to wait half an hour when dropping the car off, despite having telephoned 15-20 minutes before arriving at the airport. On the way back we had to wait 40 minutes for our car to be returned. The only explanation we recieved was traffic was bad, but all of the other people on our flight were much quicker with other companies. The telephone operator was quite surly and unhelpful. There was no checking of the car on drop off or collection.

We have never used meet and greet services before so booked with some concerns. Having used RSO9 for the first time we were really impressed wih the efficiency and ease of the process. Will be future customers next time we fly.

Our experience was mixed. On drop off, we called 20 mins ahead as instructed. We were told to park in far bay. Far bay was full so on second loop round we parked next closest. The pick-up driver was 15 minutes late (long time to wait with two small kids at 5am in the morning with parking police moving everyone on) and our pick-up driver was REALLY RUDE - he sneered at us that we were in the wrong place, when we pointed out the far bay was full, he mocked us as if we were stupid ' plenty of spaces etc'. Ugh, Made me SO furious. Really started our holiday on the wrong foot. I had doubts about our return. We called (again as instructed on collecting bags in arrival) Our car was dropped off after a 30 minute wait!!!! I would have been beyond furious except this time the driver was much MUCH politer and apologised - they'd had a flat tire....? So they redeemed themselves only slightly, although that first guy was the PITS. Not a great service overall, but they were the cheapest.... so if you can live with a shoddy service and foul-natured guys, then go ahead. I won't use them again though. Good Luck.

Staff were friendly and waiting for us when we arrived, but let themselves down on the return leg by being nearly 1 hour late delivering the car. The only explanation we had was that they had had problems and they didn't seem too bothered that we had been waing all this time at midnight in what was to us, freezing cold.

The RS09 staff were polite and friendly. They turned up as arranged and the car was returned in good order. Would definately use this service again.

This was the first time that i have used a meet and greet service before,having been previously scared off by price and reputation.After comparing prices, they were cheaper than most of the car parks.I rung them 20 minutes to arrival and was given clear directions as to where to meet the rep.He was there waiting for me and was very polite. On return, we phoned and 20 minutes later as promised a lady turned up with our car.Great experience and would highly recommend as saved us about an hour in total on car parks.

Did not use the service as we had a very stressful breakdown on the way. Whilst I appreciate that we would be charged for a late cancellation, I was very disappointed that some of the cost was not refunded. The representative that I spoke to on the phone was very rude and uninterested. This is disappointing as I was very happy with the price and communications recieved however I dont intend to be using this service again.

A little late when we dropped off the car, but not too bad. Much worse on return. First, unlike most companies who tell you to call when you've collected your luggage, we were told not to call until we were through customs and waiting on the street. We did that and then were told we would have to wait 20 minutes. When we protested, we were told that 20 minutes was their standard. In that case, why not get customers to call a bit earlier? It all feels like the idea is to make sure it's the customer waiting rather than them. Then to top it off, the flight was diverted to North terminal. We told them this on the phone when we called, but they ignored that bit of the conversation and drove to South terminal - so we had to wait another half an hour (traffic was terrible) for them to get back to North terminal. I wouldn't use them again.

Left a few things in the boot which were, on our return, spread out a bit which made me wonder at what speed my car was driven to cause this to happen?! Generally a good value service though - thank you.

Gatwick is getting very congested for meet and greet. These guys are ok but not great. They didn't seem to answer the phone.It was over 20 mins after bag collection.

Our whole experience with RS09 Meet and Greet was excellent. The parking staff were prompt, we were given clear instructions on where to meet them and they were easy to contact.

This worked out cheaper than the park and ride service where you get a bus back to your car and certainly quicker and less hassle. Staff were friendly and efficient. I will be using this service again and recommend to friends.

The pick-up was very delayed - I had waited kerbside for over 20 minutes and a traffic warden moved me on. I had to go around 3 times before I could meet up with the agent. By contrast on the return it was SUPERB!

We have never used meet and greet parking before, usually opting for long stay car parks. It was brilliant, so straight forward and very quick to collect and return car. The only thing i had a slight moan about was the manner of the chap who answered the calls you make when you arrive at Gatwick, both times he did not fill me with confidence that we were expected and our car would be collected, bit blase? bored?. BUT car did get collected quickly so no problem, just a few anxious minutes!

This is the first time i have used this type of parking at the airport on holiday. I was very pleased with the service,the drivers were very polite and profesional,The cost was on par with the park and ride on the off airport car parks without the time wasted getting to and fro the car parks .I would highly recommend this service to any of my friends.

Much better dropping the car off at the terminal itself. This made travelling with children much much easier and less stressful when we arrived back the following week. Would definitely use RS09 Meet and Greet next time we fly from Gatwick. Thank you.

you will be met at the airport and it does make things easier, not getting a bus from a car park and generally less messing around
