I have used meet and greet service before not from this company and I can honestly say this is the best I have used they arrived on time to pick up and drop off and the driver even warned me of the dangerous driving condition due to heavy rain .I will be booking again with this company on my next hoilday

On arrival at Gatwick I had to wait about 10 minutes for the driver to arrive and collect my car but this was not too bad considering it can take 20 minutes to travel from one of the long stay car parks. The driver was friendly and courteous and we were soon on our way. On our return we phoned the service on landing and again when we had collected our luggage. This time the wait was no more than 5 minutes before we were on our way home. All in all an excellent service that I would highly recommend.

No issues. Means satisfied. They took the car when we arrived and returned it when we got back. What we wanted and what we got. Thanks

having never used a service like this before, I was apprehensive...but I shouldn't have worried....all the staff (drivers and telephone operators) were extremely helpful, punctual and professional...will definitely use the service again, thanks

We had a little trouble finding the correct place to drop off our car but we telephoned the office and they assisted in getting us to the right place. The drivers were friendly and plesant and our wait on both the outward and return journeys were minimal. We thought it was good value for money.

We had to wait more than expected to collect and return the car. (about 15min both times) Service was Ok

I phoned the number specified as requested, 20 minutes from arrival, then was told to ring again when on the M25. We did this but we were waiting approx 10 minutes for the representative to arrive. No problems with return.

Have used RS09 a couple of times and always works efficiently with friendly staff. Saves so much time for those early morning flights.

Excellent service, no delays and great value. Would definitely use the service agian and reccomend to friends.

Called as instructed only to be told to call again when we were closer. This we did. Arrived at departures then waited 15 minutes for the driver. Apart from this a good service with a friendly driver.

All i care about is there being a tel number that is picked up & the person being there on time, plus the car un-damaged - i had no issues, i will def use your service again

Excellent service and well worth the money. Need to change the directions for North Terminal to Soffitel on your email it is time wasting an confusing.

They answered the phone each time we called, clearly stating the instructions of where to meet. We didn't have to wait any more than a few minutes when arriving at the airport or waiting for our car to turn up on the return leg. Excellent value for money and would definitely use them again.

With a new baby to attend to and the extra than normal luggage that goes with it, this meet and great service was just was we needed to help ease the burden. Will definitely be using them again.

Very happy with service; on our return the plane landed at the wrong terminal & arrangements made to deliver car to new collection point. Excellant value for money. Recommend RS09 & would use them again.

Was first impressed with the price of the 2 weeks they looked after our car and hoped the service would be good. Have used other meet and greet's before and this is the best, definitely using again. Friendly, reliable, easy to use.

Having phoned ahead, the greeter was waiting and took delivery efficiently and courteously. Similarly, the pick-up was smooth and the person delivering the car was very polite. An excellent deal for the price. My only other comment is that the phone took a while to be picked up on both occasions and the individual could have provided a bit more reassurance about the greeting and pick-up locations.
