Second time we have used RS09 & once more everything went perfectly smoothly. This is definitely the easiest & cheapest way to arrive & depart the airport & would definitely use again.

We had to wait more then 10 minutes for the driver to collect our car. This was despite of having telephoned the company 20 minutes before arriving at Gatwick.

more clearly marked drop off and pick up points, luckily we had lots of time and found the drop off point, maybe some signs would be useful, other wise all good.

We were really pleased with the service and will definitely use it again. As first time users, it was a little nerve-wracking to repeatedly not be able to get through on the telephone, as we approached the airport. However, we accept that it was a busy time and once we had got through, we only had to wait a short time at the meet and greet area. I would suggest you update your website/documentation with the new arrangements regarding where to go to be met. All-in-all this service is to be recommended.

Very friendly service although they need to make it clearer that you need to phone them before you arrive at the airport. I normally only have to call companies if I am going to be late. We arrived at the airport not realising you have to call to say when you are arriving although we had arrived at exactly the time we agreed. My fault for not reading small print. Otherwise could not fault the service perfect.

Paid £60 for my car to be parked for one week with the meet and greet service. I called the driver 15 minutes before I arrived at the airport. once we got there we still had to wait another 15 minutes. When the car arrived back to me it was covered in mud? Can only assume the car park is in fact a field.

the car appeared to have been towed or jump started when returned, and despite 2 requests, no reply has been forthcoming when i highlighted this. Disappointing as the price and punctuality was good.

Great service at a great price. Friendly staff who were waiting for us when we arrived at Gatwick at 4.30am. When we came back from our holiday the car was brought to us within 5 minutes of us arriving at the meeting point. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. We did have to wait a long time for our meet and greet but that was due to a traffic jam of cars all trying to get into Gatwick at the same time

Was a bit worried at first but I have to say that it was seamless and hassle free, perfect when you have kids and lots of luggage to think about, a really good service and by far the cheapest

Trying to get hold of operator at peak times was a nightmare, Just ended up calling repeatedly for 15 mins, and then I guess as a consequence I had to wait 15 mins for the girl to pickup my car. Maybe a better phone system needed?

Beware that the pick up point is not on the level that we had remembered - probably our fault but it wold be good to have clearer instructions. Otherwise all was fine.

Couldn't have been simpler. Drivers punctual at both departure and arrival. Far easier than parking either off or on site. Will definitely use again

The staff is not very friendly or helpful, neither in person or by phone. They were on time in the collecting but we should wait 10-12 mins in the returning. The documentation of the process is not very good, however, they looked well how the car was, including the petrol deposit or the tax disc

Got slightly twitchy on arrival at the airport as they took 10 minutes to come to collect car, but we were in plenty of time in the end. Return of the car was very prompt.

Definitely a better way of parking than leaving the car in the Airport car park and catching the bus to the Airport.

Driver was late for pick up, forgot the receipt to acknowledge that we had given him our keys, and the driver was late-ish for pick up. Worst of all is the phone service. The business is run off one, single mobile number which often either isn't answered or goes straight to voicemail. To get through on our way to the airport we had to call probably 15 times. Same thing coming back when notifying that we'd landed. Not being able to contact your parking service is a stress you can do without. Won't use them again.
