I got a little confused about where to meet on arrival at the airport because the instructions said follow signs to arrivals when in fact you are met beyond the end of the tunnel for departures

Good value for money, but time spent waiting for collection of car is way too long.

Arrived at Gatwick on 22nd September (please update the directions for parking at south terminal!), driver was very prompt and friendly, very simple.

This was the second time we have used RS09 and we were again pleased with service. Very helpful staff only had to wait 5 minutes or so each way. Car was a bit splattered with mud but no other complaints. They record your mileage before taking your car.

I thought the service was very good but the good experience was let down by the fact that the car had obviously been parked somewhere very muddy. The car was filthy on the outside and there were muddy foot-prints all over the drivers area on the inside.

The initial greet and collection of our vehicle before our holiday went very smoothly. However the collection at drop off after our holiday was the worst I have ever experienced. We waited 40 minutes for our van to arrive and when it came back the van was covered from front to back in mud. The wheel guards were caked in mud. When asked why the van was so dirty the guy replied it had been raining alot! I explained that the van wasn't left in this state and what were they prepared to do the guy then said that they didn't have time to clean the vehicle! They did reluctantly go off to clean the van, but in all honesty they did a bad job and their attitude towards us wasn't that great

I was using this service for the first time and I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and friendly all the staff were. I can highly recommend this service to all travellers.

The whole experience of using RS09 was good except for booking on line. We made a mistake and had to start again and immediately found the price had gone up by £5 or £7 which was annoying. Otherwise, everything worked like clockwork.

The service was painless and on time. It offered me value for money in getting me & my family to the airport and back. My car came back cleaner than expected, and the lady who met me was friendly, reliable and pretty too (which was a bonus)

I can't believe what a great service we had. It was all so easy. I would definately use RS09 again.

The service itself was very good with prompt collection and return. Unfortunately (as per my summary) I was disappointed to find that the return leg driver had obviously just had a cigarette in my vehicle - whilst this didn't in anyway detract from the service it is an attention to customer service detail thing that would help RS09 stand out from the crowd!

Used the valet parking service, good value . We had an 0400 drop off at Gatwick and a 1300 delivery and, although a few minutes late, this was due to volume of traffic and difficult parking conditions outside the Sofitel. Staff were friendly and helpful, would use again.

The car wasn't mine but one of my travelling companions who said the retractable key was damaged when the car was returned. I personally didn't see what state the key was in when the car was passed over at the beginning of the trip and don't know if this concern has been reported to RS09. The driver returning the car advised us to report it if there was damage. Otherwise it was a very positive experience and for the price, excellent value. It is a service I will certainly use again.

Service were happy to come and pick car up earlier than expected,when I phoned. The instructions to phone are fine if you can guess what 20mins from the airport are, but when I phoned I was given easier instructions. Coming back was very efficient and I will certainly recommend meet and greet to my friends

Only hairy moment was not being able to get through on the phone until I had actually arrived at the airport. Is difficult to kep trying when driving alone & in the dark. Once I did, it was prompt and polite service.

Absolutely brilliant service. Punctual, polite, and friendly. I will now always use them in the future. It just makes traveling easier to have your own car waiting for you. Big thumbs up.

Easy to book, simple instructions to follow and all went to plan. Great to not have to hang around waiting for mini-buses etc. This service came out as the cheapest option when I booked, which was very good news.

I have used airport car parks a number of times and used the park and ride. This was cheaper and far quicker and easier than anything I had experienced before. Will definitely be using them again.

The car was collected on arrival at Gatwick, on our return 5 hours late it was reassuring that the car arrived on time at 0300! Good service.
