we found rs09 an excellent service and and good value, no problems at all.

The directions are not correct as it says go to flight arrivals to drop of the car, however there is no such waiting place it is infant in departures, so that is mis leading and a little annoying! But once found the service was great very quick and efficient.

We couldnt get through to them when we arrived at gatwick which meant collection of our car was 15 minutes late. returning of car was fine we rang and by the time we got down to parking they were arriving.

The service was excellent, but unfortunately my car was hit in the rear by another 'meet and greet' car. The company has accepted all liabilities.

Excellent service throughout. Staff were very friendly and courteous. No delays on arrival or return. Highly Recommend.

They met us within 20 minutes of us phoning them and on return they delivered the car to us within 10 minutes we were very happy with there service

Having used this service many times now I would say it is excellent. However a few weeks ago ariving at North Terminal I waiting 45 minutes for the car to be collected causing me to have to hurry not to miss my flight. Online instruction need to be updated for north Terminal.

On departure we where left waiting 35minutes past the arrival time, nearly missed our flights by minutes, I was told prepare to park in the multi story because we may not be able to get too you intime. Only when I said if we miss out flights it's another £800 did one of the managers come running up the drop off point to take our vehicle!

This was the first time using a meet & greet service, I was most impressed with the service. Have already recommended this service to my friends will defiantly use it again. Thank you for making my trip hassle free.

Waiting for us on arrival and very prompt on return , couldn't fault it and so much easier than off site parking and bus journeys , for very little extra cost.

No problems whatsoever. Were waiting for me on both departure and return. Process was quick, and would definitely use again.

They were a bit slow to answer the phone on the way out in early morning but excellent on my way back home.

Initially I had problems getting through 20 minutes before ETA at Gatwick as they were very busy but even so on contacting them when only 10 mins away I still did not have to wait long. On our return our car was returned within 15 minutes. This is a company I would readily use again. Thank you.

Having read some of the previous reviews about very early morning departures (we arrive at LGW at 0400) and not being able to get through on the phone and the waiting time I was a bit scepitcal and was expecting delays but the service was excellent. We got through straight away and were met almost immediately upon arrival by a very nice man who explained the return procedure thoroughly. On our return we called when we had collected our luggage and had to wait a few minutes but no more then 5. I would definitely use them again and I found that they were one of the cheapest too!

A friendly bunch of guys who made our travelling experience a positive and pleasant one & they were most helpful when my partner left his wallet in the car!! Thank you for an excellent service, will most definitely use you again :)

There was a problem with the arrival at Gatwick as we parked where instructed but this was not where the driver collecting expected us to be, so we hang aroundwaiting for him, it was eventually settled with some phone calls. When we collected the car the service could not have been better with no waiting at all. The driver was cheerful and polite. thanks

Car collection was very late - I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes to hand over the car, despite following all instructions to the letter. Car return on the other hand was very quick - driver and car waiting by the time we got out of the airport building. This left me feeling more positive than otherwise would have been the case.

We have been parking at Gatwick for over 25 years and usually it is a stressful and expensive experience,until now. Our meet and greet representative was waiting for us when we arrived. Checking all the documentation and signing the paperwork took 5 mins. On our return we phoned when we had collected our bags and the representative arrived as we arrived. It could not have been easier. We are inclined to keep this service to ourselves as we do not want everyone using it! It is excellent value for money and we will certainly be using it again and again....and again! M.R-Lee

We had a bit of a nightmare when travelling to the airport as there was simply no answer on the mobile number given and when we phoned the main office the lady there told us that was the only number she had too! eventually she got through and the chap was waiting when we arrived but could have done without the hassle. On return we phoned earlier than the recommended time, wary of what had happened on the way out, and the chap was there waiting. In terms of customer friendliness I think drop off was definitely friendlier than pick up - although it was 3am!

I had no problems what so ever. I called the number approaching the exit junction from M23 and driver was waiting for me at south terminal. On my return I called the number when I had collected my bags and cleared customs, my car was waiting for me where I dropped it off. first class service I will definitely use RS09 again
