I will NEVER use Rs09 again. On return we phoned when at baggage and they told us not to phone until we physically had our bags on us. When we then tried to do so 2 minutes later, it took us 40 minutes to get through to them. No one answered the phone, it was engaged or going through to answerphone. Having left several answer machine messages, when I finally got through (at this point thinking someone had stolen our car and the service was a sham) the person on the phone was very rude, did not apologise and said the answerphone went to his home phone so of course he didn't get the messages. This was at midnight and we were standing outside for nearly an hour until the car came, freezing cold in the rain. INCREDIBLY stressful end to our trip.

On arrival at Gatwick we phoned ahead as requested about 20 mins before arrival in fact we phoned at 03:00 , arrived at the airport at 03:15 car finally picked up at 03:50, trying to phone RS09 was bad first the phone would ring & you were told you are being transferred only to find it engaged and the be cut 'off' I must have continued to phone about 8 times before anyone answered, once answered we were told someone was on the way but after 20 mins nobody showed, so back on the phone only to be told they were only round the corner and would be with us in 2 mins, again no show, on the phone again now told they had been stopped by the Police on a random stop & check, eventually they arrived with no ID and no details of the vehicle or dated all they had was a small piece of paper with RS09 on it which anyone could have forged,although at the end of the transaction i was handed a card with the company details on it to phone on our return. I handed my keys over hoping we would get our car back on return and not feeling very warm about the whole experience. The return was different still had to phone 3 times to get an answer, but I have to say that the car appeared within 15 mins excellent and a nice friendly driver dressed in the correct clothes with RS09 on her shirt.

First time I had used this type of service and I will again very efficient from start to finish.

Great service, car was waiting there to be collected when we came out of the terminal, will definitely use again!

Would recommend calling before you collect your bags as the driver took about 20 minutes to bring the car back once we were outside. Otherwise great value for money.

Very easy to organise. Timings at drop-off and collection were spot on. Quick and simple handovers, and very polite staff. Great value for money, working out cheaper than long stay parking, as I had booked months in advance!!

Our car was collected and delivered promptly and in an easy location. As a woman travelling alone with children I found it reassuring that I did not need to leave the main airport and wander around remote long term car parks to find my car. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone.

So easy. This is the 2nd time we have used RS09 and on both occasions it has been great and made travelling with children so much easier.

The only problems we had were:- We phoned 20 minutes before arriving at the airport as directed in the instructions and the chap on the phone asked us to phone again when we were 10 minutes away (what was the point in that?). The verbal directions given for dropping off the car weren't very clear and they were not the same as the printed instructions from the website. Apart from that RS09 were very good and we would probably use them again.

It was very easy to use. Very practical and it is such a relieve to have the car waiting for you after a long flight. The hand over was very efficient and quick!

All happened smoothly. No problems or hitches. Would use again without hesitation.

I was a bit uncertain what to expect and dubious as to the punctuality and reliability of the service, but was pleasantly suprised. Both going and on our return, the RS09 representative was there and we had a hassle free, efficient exchange. I would definitely use them again. My only suggesstion is prehaps better information/ directions for travellers, for the return leg, on where to go from the arrivals area at Gatwick back down to the departures drop off area where the car will be. We use Gatwick a lot and know our way around, but it can be very confusing for first time users so more thorough directions or a map would be a bonus.

The meet and greet service was great - we were met promptly and the hand-over of the car was quick and efficient. On arrival home the car arrived promptly too. The price was the best I found online. I would certainly use this company again.

Simple easy service to use and much better then park and ride - especially as the heavens had opened and it was absolutely pouring down. I would have hated to park my car, go across a car park to get on a bus then get off again at the airport in that amount of rain. I will be using in the future and will recommend the service to others.

Fantastic service. We booked on line and made errors with our times which we didn't realise until we arrived at gatwick.When we phoned RS09 they couldn't have been more helpful and got us on our way. Car was waiting for us on our arrival back at gatwick

Although drop off was all fine the collection of my car was not. The car was over 40 minutes late because it had been returned to the carpark (without informing us). After speaking to someone they agreed to send the car again which drove straight past the drop off zone we were told to stand in and all the way out the other end. By the time we got to the car we were greeted by a very rude man who complained about the time he had to wait for us!? In no mood to argue we left briefly only to find a substantial amount of petrol used. I definately would not use this service again.

Very easy to book on-line. Called the number given when we were approx 20 minutes away from the airport and, even though we were later than originally booked, the driver turned up within minutes of us arriving. Equally excellent service on the return journey, phoned RS09 when luggage had been collected and then waited for approx 5 minutes for car to be returned to us by a very pleasant driver. Excellent service, good value for money and will definitely use again.
