Having tried every means of getting to and from the airport, this service left all of the others in the shade. It was great not having to worry, and walk and wander. It was great. Thanks!

This was really easy to use, after calling the staff a few times to clarify exactly where to park. Now I know it will be easier next time. I intend to use this service again, as long as it remains such good value for money. It's a little un-nerving to hand over your keys and just be returned a business card. A carbon copy of the document I signed on handover would have been more reassuring. Many thanks.

This was the fourth time we used RS09 and once again we were very happy with the service provided. There was a short wait to drop off and collect the car, but there was a lot of airport traffic so it was not too surprising. So convenient and much better than long-term parking. Great value and would happily use again.

RS09 there to meet us at aiport. Very quick and smooth handover, courteous staff. We had to wait a few minutes coming back, but all in all, excellent value for money.

Drop off was very efficient - a great start to our holiday. However, the pick up wasnt so straight forward. After collecting our baggage i phoned the number provided. No answer, and then voicemail. I left a couple of messages and called again several times. Finally got someone to answer after 30 mins. Then had to wait just over 20 mins for them to deliver the car. Staff were very polite. They were just let down by no one answering the phone. A frustrating end to our holiday.

Phoned 20 mins before arriving and was asked to phone again when on M23. Did as requested, but still waited over 15 mins for the driver after arriving at the airport. It was still simpler than off site parking, but we were late checking in because we expected someone to be there on time.

We were greeted exactly as arranged and the whole process flowed without a hitch, would thoroughly recommend.

Was worried where to park but everything ran very smoothly. Will book again as so much easy than parking 10 mins away and then waiting 10 mins for a packed bus to take you the 10 mins to the terminal. Was at the terminal for 2 mins when driver go our car. Many thanks

We have used many 'Meet and Greets' at different airports, especially if overloaded with bags and golf clubs, plus an early start! We are pleased to say that we had no problems and experienced an efficient and polite service. We are also surprised and delighted that RS09 were cheaper than any of the car park services! Well done.

Couldnt fault the company at all. Rung them to say I was going to be 20 minutes as asked. They turned up shortly after we arrived. When coming back, again rung and they were there a couple of minutes after we got outside. Would recommend to all excellent value for money, will use them again next time we go away.

Will not use this company again - rather pay a bit more and have a prompt service with a telephone that gets answered!

The first time I had used meet and greet and will certainly use again. Travelled with 2 young children so saves the hassle of parking the car and getting on the coutesy buses with suitcases and children in tow! The only down side was directions said meet at arrivals when it was actually signposted as the drop off point at Gatwick. So we had to drive round twice to check we were in the right place. Overall very reliable and cheaper than airport carparks.

Everything you could want when travelling, they meet you promptly, service with a smile, return promptly, everything as expected... For a great price, simple as that. Thank you :-)

RS09 surpassed themselves - they were on time, with no fuss or bother.

Overall good. Took 10 mins extra to collect car on departure and the Gatwick parking police were threatening to move us on. Prompt in arrival. Overall recommend this service. Will use again.
