The distance from the airport is ok so long as you catch a transfer at the right time. Otherwise you need to allow up to 15 mins delay. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole experience was one of the smoothest I have had at manchester. Remember to check directions, as exits off the sharston bypass are uni-directional

I always use APH because the charges are competitive, it is easy to locate and the procedure simple on arrival and departure.The staff are always helpful. It is just a matter of parking in front of the office, handing in the keys and receiving a receipt and instructions on the arrangements for the return journey. Help with luggage is available and buses run at regular intervals

Terrible. When we got back off holiday the battery was flat somone had left the left headlights on. The radio had been tuned to a different station. The car had obviously been driven outside the parking lot as the wheels had mud marks on them. The handbrake is loose as though someone had been driving it and doing "wheelies". Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT park if you have an expensive car pay a little extra and park somewhere else atleast you'll get your car intact

Even though are flight was delayed and we were 6 hours later getting back we were still greeted and helped in a kind and friendly way and are car was waiting for us. Hassle free, many thanks.

Even though we arrived a day early the car was easily located and we wre able to start our homeward journey promptly.

My car door got damaged and there were muddy foot prints on the dashboard.

Check-in was crowded when we arrived but quick and efficient when you reach the desk - would be better to use one queue for the two check-in points rather than a vague melee. The transfer to the airport was good and appeared to be very regular. The transfer on return was excellent because you phone in to let them know and we waited no time while others were still standing waiting for their buses.

Convenient location, not too far from the airport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking bays were generous and you could open your doors without having to worry about scratching the car next to you unlike another company based in Altrincham we used previously. The manager was rude, arrogant and even swore at us! Wouldn't hesitate in using APH again, great service from start to finish. One minor niggle, the directions given were a little confusing, make sure you take the full address and telephone number before you set off.

Easy to find. Efficient service. Good transfer. Will use again. Value for money.

great value for money and excellent service, a simple and uncomplicated procedure, the buses were frequent and you're at the airport in no time from dropping the car off - a very good relaxing start to your trip.

Entry to the car park was slightly confusing with there being no speaker system, i was stopped for 2 mins not realising that i needed to pull forward just a couple of inches. Staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. We were delayed due to a threat on our airline which resulted in missing a connection back to the UK and the additional charge was minimal and they didn't have a problem despite the call being 3hrs after i was due to pick up the car. All in all, not a bad facility for £32 for 10 days parking, try getting that price at an NCP or other highstreet parking facility. Recommended!

This was our first experience of APH Manchester, chosen on the basis of reviews submitted previously - and we're glad we did. Efficient, secure and good value. We'll certainly use APH again. Our traditional skis caused some disconcertion for the driver who said they were too long, but after a friendly word he was quite happy to allow them on board.

Well organised on arrival but had to wait for the bus to fill up with passengers. On return bus was waiting outside the terminal and had a speedy return to the car park.

having used APH manchester before on a few occasions, and also others, i find the manchester car park convenient, with good service, and with the, now, excellent facilities it gives peace of mind that on dropping my car off, i will receive a prompt service to the airport. I won't use any other car parks now when flying from manchester.

This car park is well sited, not too far away from the airport, there is only a 5 - 10 min journey and the coaches run whenever you need them to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all, i would use them again.

My third time using APH this year. The first occassion was due to economic necessity (compared with airport taxi service), now make this my first choice. To be on the safe side, I allow 30 minutes for transfer (arriving, checking car in, waiting for bus to fill, and potential to be last dropoff on route). Returning to the UK, the collection has been within 10 minutes of calling. The carpark is easy to find, well-lit and secure, plus staff are helpful and cheerful, no matter when you arrive/depart.
