Someone in the reviews said something about the bus stop being difficult to find when you land back in the uk. It was ridiculously easy to find I'm happy to say :-) great service.

Even though our flight was delayed for over 18 hours we were not charged any extra. First class.

Relatively easy to find. Helpful staff, prepared to assist with luggage. Quick transfer to airport. On return, didn't have to wait long for bus to arrive. Keys returned quickly, but exiting carpark took some figuring out, with exit not clearly signposted and confusion as to how to operate the barrier, (a code on the reverse of a card). Will use APH again.

Very simple procedure, ALL the staff were helpful and polite, only booked with them the night before as well. Definitely recommend this out-fit, not the cheapest but definitely worth every penny.

I booked APH online on the day of my flight, the booking process was straight forward enough, dropped of the car the gentleman on the desk was very polite and efficient, we were then taken to our terminal on a modern bus which was very clean, again another polite and professional driver on board. job done. Arriving back in Manchester I gave the number a ring on the card I was given and I was directed where exactly to wait to be picked up, the driver helped us on board with our luggage and we then looped round the other terminals to collect other folk and then back to base to collect the car, I was in my car and on my way in next to no time! from getting through customs and ringing the number it must have only been 30 mins, top service! cheap price! I would definitely recommend APH!

very helpfull staff very easy to get to airport and very easy pick up of car on return would definatley use again value for money you can also have your car valeted at an extra charge.

Best carpark that I have ever used. Going away again in August2012 will use again,brilliant.....Transfur buses clean and 1st rate. Staff could not do enough to help. Made me feel special by using, Sir/Madam.

Very easy and efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. They also went out of their way to deliver something I had left in the car to the airport for me. Nothing is too much hassle for them. Excellent all round experience

Highly recommend, as I have used them a couple of times, day and night Staff were helpful and extremely friendly. Only a few minutes drive to the terminal and back and they were waiting for us when we had collected our bags from the carousel. Thanks Lads.

Clear directions made APH easy to find. Staff friendly and patient. Smooth transition to terminal. On return directions given as to where to find coach for return journey, but lack of visual signage outside terminal confusing, "leave terminal,turn left and go to bus stop E." When you turn left it looks as though the pavement ends and the bus stops arent clearly visible, we were late for the bus and the driver was pretty miserable, shame as we had had a lovely trip away and it took the edge off a bit. Please provide some visual signage to indicate where the bus stop is for the hapless traveller. Everything else was great, thanks.

Good facilities. Needed to change clothes on the way back home and there was facilities available for that. Helpful staff and great transfer time. Would use on every holiday away providing they dont raise the price

The service was first class from Reception to drivers. A very efficient and hassle free experience.

Can't fault APH at all. The staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Transfers to and from airport were fast and comfortable in new modern buses (unlike the beat up minibuses some companies use) Will definitely be using APH for future trips!

APH Manchester is reasonably priced although not the cheapest. The little bit extra is well worth it. Park just outside the pleasant, well equipped reception then check in, leave the key and the transport is just outside. No dragging of luggage across a vast car park. Just as easy on return.

I had used APH Manchester Airport before and on this occasion as previously I found them to be courteous and efficient.On return I was in my own car witin 40 minutes of landing at Manchester Airport

we found it very good.service was good did not wait long to go to airport. was picked up back from the airport very quickly.

I have used APH on several occasions when going away at the weekends and have always received a professional, friendly and efficient service that is often better value than catching the train. I would definitely recommend them.
