It was easy to find and the processes were straightforward & friendly.

I was very pleased with the site and the transfers but the security on site was very questioable as someone had been in my car during it's stay in the compound

An excellent, efficient and convenient service - even at 4am! I have used APH before and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

Easy to find, good and quick service to the airport, value for money and very secure. Have used more than once and will do so again.

We arrived at the car park,handed over the keys and were at the airport within 30 minutes of turning up. No problems. Similar experience when we arrived back in Manchester. Would definitely use them again for short stays. Very good vfm

Having had a bad experience with a less reputable parking firm a couple of years back, APH have restored my faith, I Would not park anywhere else now when flying from Manchester, staff were polite, helpful and I felt that my car was safe, transfer was quick to and from airport and the easy booking in and out was good.

Member of staff on coach for return trip was not helpful, which was disappointing after travelling for 23 hours. Our car was not within the area advised by reception so it took us a little time to locate it. Would look to use someone else next time. We have family who have emigrated so will be travelling away on a regular basis.

The whole process was unbelievably smooth and trouble free. I had to travel back from Goa alone and was a bit worried about getting to the car park safely but the instructions given over the phone were clear and the bus was waiting when I arrived at the stop. There was only one small issue - all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful except for one person on the desk when I collected the keys. He was abrupt and unhelpful when I asked about a phone to let my friend know that I was on my way. Fortunately, another member of staff intervened and helped out.

a friendly and efficient service but one small hitch,i could not get in contact on the 0800 number on our return home it may have been due to a few people calling at the same time,we waited at the stop outside term 2 and a bus came anyway.I dont think this will stop me using them in future

Fantastic experience and most definately one we'll use again. So quick and efficient, it made what can be a stressful time much more relaxing and we enjoyed the holiday from the start. We would also recommend the car valeting service....you wouldn't have known we have a dog! The car was superbly cleaned inside and out.

APH was easy to find and from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and efficient in their booking in of car and our coach transfer to the airport which was a matter of minutes.On our arrival back to the UK we had the same professional service and the car was waiting for us on arrival back at APH. I would certainly use APH again and would recommend their services.

The whole experience was fantastic, easy to find, prompt service, the best we have used. We would use again without question.

I would recommend APH to anyone, it is the start and finish to any holiday without having to worry about about your car

Would definitely use APH again, extremely close to the airport - barely time to sit down before you're getting off the bus. It was very well organised/stress free both on arrival at the car park & departure (despite it being late & tippling down with rain). The staff on the desk were friendly & the drivers courteous & obliging. I would consider it a trustworthy organisation & one I could recommend.

Check in staff & process were brilliant. Coach transfers 1st class in both directions. Well worth the money. Will use again.

Finding the site was slightly more difficult than expected. From then on first class service and no delays or hitches. Nothing to criticise. Cliff Hannah
