We were greeted at 3.30am by Dave at APH reception, he was brilliant. Really pleasant and friendly and very efficient. We would definately recommend this service to everyone and we will be using when we next fly from Manchester.

Really easy location to find 2 mins off the M56,great value for money, 1st class polite staff, simple procedure from arrival to sitting down on the bus and being dropped off at the Terminal within 30mins of actually arriving at the car park. On return we were picked up within 10mins of clearing customs and back in our car on route home within another 20mins, no issues, no hassle, car parked right outside the door ready to leave and the guy's on shift were 1st class so a big "pat on the back" for them. Will not hesitate to use again in the future, you will not be disappointed with the Service this site supplies.

In the past have used the train directly into the airport at the cost of £30 , at £26 APH for 3days are more economical,however for a longer stay I suspect APH would be more expensive.

Easy to find, fast, friendly service. Buses ready to go, driver helped with luggage. On our return the bus was waiting, driver unloaded cases while we got our car keys back, and we were on our way home in no time. Will definately be using APH again.

I have used a number of car park providers at Manchester Airport. APH are as good as or better than others in terms of short waiting times at both departure and arrival.

We were pleased with the service. Its was a quick efficient transfer on both journeys. Would use again

Found the car park straight away , no hassle parking ! Straight in office to check in then bus waiting to take to airport , Bus ......quick transfer with friendly drivers and large luggage rack, pick up from the airport was very promt and car ready to drive away , great service well worth the money and although not next to the airport the journey is so quick . Thank you APH .

I've shied away from parking so far from the airport terminal in the past, but the onus was on me to ensure I was allowing a comfortable period of time to park up and transfer. The reality was that the time between locking my car and reaching the terminal was the shortest I've experienced! Returning to the car after arriving back at Manchester was even quicker, and the staff were all cheerful and helpful. Excellent value for money and I can't wait to give my custom to APH again...... Trouble is, I can't believe they'll give such a great service a second time-certainly they couldn't top it!!!!

APH is easy to find off the motorway and is close to the airport. The staff are helpfull & friendly and the car park is safe and secure.

Well organised, efficient and friendly. We knew our car was in safe hands. The airport bus was fantastic too. We were collected promptly and the driver was extremely helpful. Thank you.

Easy to find but about 15-20 min transfer from airport, waited around 15 mins for transfer to airport as they waited until bus filled up and waited around 20 mins for transfer back from the airport. Can't complain as car was secure and the service was good value for money.

First time I have used APH, Manchester; it won't be the last. All aspects of their service were first class.

Excellent, reliable service. We have used APH regularly in the past and will use again in the future. I have only marked down the customer service score because the return driver was less than friendly when i couldnt readily find my parking ticket. (must have had along day!)

Arrived at terminal 3, phoned for pick-up at 21.06pm told driver was dropping somebody off at the Radisson Hotel coach would be with me in 5-10 mins. coach picked me up at 21.25pm, then driver was told over his radio to go to terminal 2 for more pick-ups, At terminal 2 a number of people got on the coach driver was told to wait for other passengers. finally set of back to base, at reception desk I got my car keys and asked what time it was 21.50pm I told the guy on reception it has taken 44 minutes to get from airport to APH (7 mins trip)

The prompt response at the outset to my enquiry was followed by good directions, a courteous welcome at some God-forsaken time in the morning and we were picked up within 5 minutes of calling on our return. The staff are to be commended and we will continue to use this service. Thank you

dealt with efficiently on arrival, bus was waiting to transfer us to T1, on return only had to wait a couple of minutes, would use this company again. Generally satisfied.
