Brilliant value for money majority of staff were friendly & helpful transfers were quick will definitely be using again

Excellent service and thoroughly professional. Efficient service and prompt bus service from car park to airport. Will be using APH again hopefully.

We arrived at about 2pm and drove straight to the front of the carpark. The check in desk were helpful and one signature later, they were parking the car and we were heading for the coach. The bus left about 5 minutes later and dropped us right by the doors to our terminal. Perfect. However, on the way home, we called at baggage collection as instructed then went outside and waited in the freezing cold for 45 minutes before a bus finally turned up. We called again at about 30 minutes and were told the bus was "just around the corner". When we raised it with the bus driver he just shrugged. Deeply disappointed in the duration for collection. I don't believe it is co-incidence that we were the only two people from that terminal and within 3 minutes of a family of 6 arriving, the bus appeared. If they'd told us to wait inside and keep an eye open it would be fine, but instead we got told to sit in the 2 degree cold for 45 minutes.

Punctual & problem-free and a good price too. Reception people and driver courteous and friendly. Car safe in highly secure car park. Definitely use them again for flights from Manchester. Highly recommended.

well located and easy to find off the M60,quick transfers to and from the airport, excellent value for money, really no need to find anyone else!

Very secure car park. Efficient, friendly staff. Transfers to airport takes five minutes or so, the bus was waiting to take us. Very pleased with the service. No hesitation in using again.

Very good other than the person booking us in was a bit abrupt and lacking some warmth. maybe it was the end of shift! Forgiven

The lady on the outward journey was quite off hand and with a little effort could of been A lot more customer friendly The wait for transport to the airport could of been a bit quicker Overall I wouldn't consider booking anywhere else

Everything was very good, we found the car park easily, it took minimum time to leave the car to the parking staff, they were friendly and efficient, the transfer to both directions was fast. The only slight minus was the price, which was not high (approx £34 for five days), but around 10 pounds higher than our friends paid for the same car park a couple of weeks before. Otherwise perfect.

I would use them again every thing was excellent from parking to transfers

Everything prompt and easy. From driving in to being in the terminal was about 20 minutes. Easier to find than terminal parking. Could not fault it.

Found the car park easily enough using sat nav and the post code provided, the whole service was very efficient.

Very good value for money really helpful bus drivers. Just be careful with postcode for sat nav it takes you round the courner but the email does say to follow directions and not sat nav.

Very good experience. Had a bit of trouble finding it as I missed the junction on the M56 coming from the Wirral. Apart from that, I would heartily recommend.

We arrived at 4.00am and within 5 minutes we were on a bus travelling to the airport. On return the APH bus was already waiting to collect us at the airport. The final administration took less than 2 minutes and the car was within 30 metres of the office. The car parking facilities were very good. We will use this service again.

very easy to find from sheffield, smooth transfer from booking my car in to airport transfer and very prompt when i arrived back in manchester straight to my car no messing, excellent service, very grateful, thank you will definetly recommend to anyone and definetly use again
