I have used this company before and never had any problems with them, which is why I have used them again. The location of the car park is relatively close to the terminal and the transfers have been regular unlkike others who I have used who tended to be vey irregular, and coming back ast 2.00am in the morning as we did last month you want to be picked up relatively quicky and not have to hang around wondering when the bus will turn up. This time was better as all previous times the transfer bus seems to visit all the other terminals before the one I want and the drop off point now at the Train station is a bit of an inconvienience - which is not the companys fault - compared to getting dropped off at the terminal door previously, but you can appreciate this because of the increased security measures at the airport.

On our return to reception there was only one girl to deal with a bus load of customers and answer the telephones.

Easy enough to find, I didn't like having to leave my keys. They park it for you and have it at hand for when you return so if you are happy with that then no worries. My car had a flat battery upon my return and they called the AA for me at no cost who had me on my way quickly. Return transfer could have been more frequent, waited about 20 min. Just your luck I suppose. Would I use them again? Probably yes due to their location.

On the last two occasions we have had difficulty exiting the car park. First one, the exit ticket we received would not operate the barrier. On the last one, we did not receive an exit ticket(we thought the other ticket we were issued was the one to use).Althogh the person issuing the tickets appeared to be a trainee we feel this should have been picked up by supervision.The drop off procedure was much better when it included each terminal.

great location, easy to find. transfers to and from the airport are very frequent and take only a couple of minutes. no chance of traffic hold-ups causing delays. great value.

The car park is close to the airport and is safe and secure. On the downside when you returned from your holiday you have to trek accross to the otherside of the airport to catch the bus back to the car park. Why the bus doesn't pick customers up from the side of the airport where the arrival lounge is beyond me. They even drive past this side of the airport when they take you back to the car park! I noted for future trips that several other long stay car parks do pick people up from the arrival area. It is a long trek when you have arrived at 3 am in the morning and you have your suitcases with you let alone for someone who is disabled. As a result of this and the delay in the bus arriving we did not arrive at the car park until a 4 am, 1 hour after arrival. Not a very convenient service.

I was disappointed to have to pay for one full day's parking fee, when my time allocation extended by only two hours into the additional charge period.

Not happy that you parked my car and therefore had my car keys. More importantly the directions on the ticket you gave me were to the station for the pick up. It was actually at the bus stop outside terminal 3. However you do not have any signs at the pick up point. very frustrating and confusing.

excellent service. easy to book. fair prices. also, no hassle upon returning, we waited only a couple of minutes for bus back to car park. and reunited with our car immediately

Shame that the drop off /pick up point is at the transport interchange as still a walk with 4 suitcases, 2 kids, a pram etc to departure longe at Terminal 1. The shuttle bus journey is quicker than the walk. Apart from that 1st class service as always

When dropped off at airport we were left with a very long walk to Terminal 2 and no clear directions on how to get there. Similar on the way back. A drop off/collection point at T2would be very advisable.

There are two car parks marked Airports Gold we went to the one on the right instead of the one further round on the left. Also our ticket to get out of the car park had east car park on it when we were not in the east one. These are just minor points, but overall it was very good.

The check in is in one car park and the parking is in another, it needs signposting properly, but it is only a stones throw away from T2 Manchester, you do need 30 mins before check in at the airport because it is a busy parking. But it is a very cheap and secure car park and very quick to exit on departure. I recommend it.

After scanning your website, I found it very easy to make my choice and book the car park. The staff were polite cheerful and helpful and we didn't have to waitlong for the shuttle bus. We were dropped off at Terminal 1. even though we were flying from Terminal 2. It is a long way to walk with luggage from T1 to T2. It was the same on the way back, a long walk from T2 to T1. The car park surface would benefit from drainage, it was raining and the uneven surface meant that there were big puddles all over making it very difficult to get our luggage to the car.

excellent service will definitely use it again. Could do with a proper stand at the airport as there were lots of other buses and people were very confused which bus was which. Driver very helpful

Service was good value for money, just a couple of things; 1)If it were possible could the service drop off at each terminal instead of just the one location to reduce the walking distance to booking in desks. 2)One or two pot holes on the parking area off the bus route could cause a splash hazard to people/luggage when full of water.

Lots of confused people looking for the pick up point, instructions received by majority were unclear. Overall the service was fast and efficient and we didn't have to wait too long to be picked up to be taken back to the carpark.

Having parked in this car park before when it was Carminder 2 and QPark we were not happy with the service given. We arrived in the middle of the night [4am]& were forced to wait around 20 minutes for a bus in the freezing cold. A bus pulled away from the bus stop as we were approaching it and left around 10 people waiting. We were travelling from terminal 1 but instead of being dropped off there we were dropped off at termnal 2 and had to walk a considerable distance to terminal 1. On our return we eventually found a blue phone but not with any help from the information provided & then had to walk all the wayback to terminal 2. Maybe there is a reason fo this but no explanation was give. Other operators seemed able to drop off and pick up from terminal 2. Despite the competitive price I do not think we will be using this operator again.

Very efficient check-in and transfer on arrival. Quite a long walk from drop-off point to terminal - but that may be temporary due to current roadworks. Bit of a wait for a bus on return, but the driver was very helpful when we couldn't remember where we'd left our car! Overall quite satisfied.

On our return the bus went to the east car park first and then the west - unclear where we were to passengers many of whom got off at the wrong car park and had to get back on with luggage etc - suggest announcement made clearly to all passengers as they board - confusing if it is not made clear.
