On arrival at Q Park there was a queue of about 4 cars in front of us. Initially only 1 man was dealing with the queue although another guy turned up after about 10 mins. We were worried as we were running late for our flight.We were sorted out after about 20 mins but we then were directed round to an area of the carpark where we had to try & find a free parking space. This was tricky as it was packed!Again stressful. We then stood at a bus stop & waited for the coach to come round. This took about 10 mins. Everybody was dropped off at a central point near terminal 2 & even though we were flying from Terminal 2 this took about 10 mins again. By this time we were really worried we were going to miss final check in time. We have never used a carpark like this which took so long from the point of arriving there to checking in despite of the very handy location. Both times there was a driver & another guy but neither helped us with our luggage at any point as they were too busy chatting!

On arrival we were not according to the attendant booked in so after 15 mins of sitting and waiting we were allowed to park in the East car park some 2 mins away. Upon our return having made the contact call we queued along with other people for approx 20 mins until the Bus arrived. Having finally got seated I was informed by a fellow passenger that this bus was not going to the east car park and so had to go through the process of moving other peoples luggage finding my own and dragging it off the bus. Not at any time did the driver have the decency to explain that he was not going to that particular car park and when asked the question why he didn't answered with a couldn't care less attitude. After another 10 mins the correct bus came along and everyone whilst not very happy got to their cars. An experience I hope I don't have to go through again as problems created by either communication failure or incompetence I don't need at midnight on any day.

Easy to use, literally 5mins from Airport, although can only drop you in between term 2 and 3 at the end of the skylink, so all undercover, near Radisson hotel, but this is only 5 mins walk from terminals. Arrive at carpark, go to drive through reception, where you will be told where to park. Wait for bus to Airport (we waited approx 20 mins), get dropped off (near radisson at end of skylink). Walk to terminal (really not that far or a problem and we have a toddler). On Return go to the same place as drop off, wait for the Q-Parks bus (driver was friendly and helpful)we waited approx 20mins again and that was close to midnight. Get off bus at the area you parked.

This is the second time we have used the park and found it very convenient to the terminals. All in all a very pleasurable experience, with only one small downside, the wait to enter the park before flying. More staff to speed up the entry to the park would be helpful.

Unfortunately due to the present security operations in use at Manchester Airport transfers have to be dropped off at/near T1/station this entails a fairly long walk to T3 (the terminal I needed)And back to the station on my return. If I had trouble walking this could cause numerous problems. Not Q parks fault I agree.

Very close to the airport, frequent and friendly bus service that dropped you off right near your car. Very efficient getting in and out the car park, good value for money and felt relaxed that my car was secure whilst I was away. No problems whatsoever. Used this car park twice within the last month (since discovering it) and plan to use again in the future.

Waiting times were minimal both outbound & inbound. For fit people the walk to terminal 2 is no problem, but for the elderly it may be a problem. Althought the car park surface was good, it was of crushed stone etc. & could prove difficult for wheeled cases. Overall these were not problems for our party, & we would use Q-Park Manchester Flyaway again.

as above if the car park operator has stated that they now have to drop you off at the "bus terminal" which is as far from terminal 3 as you can get I would have booked into the multi storey opposite the terminal for £60 These people must understand that when you are looking at getting across from the bus stand to T3 with luggage especially when me and my wife are in out 50s then it is a major issue if drop off is not outside the terminal. THis should be displayed prominately on their booking website

I found parking here easy enough. Our transfer was literally 1 min after we had dropped off the car and got out suitcases. We got dropped off at the coach station/train station. We then had to trek through the airport to terminal 1.(They did say this was due to secuirty). So upon returning home after being on a plane for hours and waiting to get through customs we had to do the same trek again which isnt what i hoped for. however transfer was there again an literally took 6 mins to get to car park.

Will never use Q Park again. I used them in sept 06 and they were fine. There was no explanation of the changes to the drop off/collection points when booking, overall i was very annoyed, and will never advise any friends or family to use this service

We've used this carparking facility for a number of years - Carminder 2 as it was previously known. It's location is superb and it has certainly been improved since last year i.e. road tarmaced, new signs, new fence etc. so it is much more secure and professional looking. However they also appear to have scrimped on buses to and from airport to help pay for alterations! Plus they now no longer drop you off at each terminal you are dropped off and collected at the rail terminal - something I think older and less mobile travellers will have issues with. I will look around for somewhere else for my next trip.

Drop off at station is ridiculous. I thought airports were supposed to be about moving passengers around quickly so why subject them to such a long walk with heavy baggage when vehicles are design to do so much easier. The long walk is pointless, especially when having to check in at the very early hours of the morning.

Was surprised to find that we were dropped off at "The Station", and then had to race off along walkways to find appropriate terminal. As I have back problems, this did not make for a good start to the journey. Then had to find our way back along walkways to Station on our return. Supposed to relieve congestion. Congestion outside the Station, and people blocking exit at Terminal 1 was worse than any I have come across when using Q Parks in the past, and being collected from bus stop at relevant terminal. Due to this ridiculous set-up, will no longer use Q Parks.

When I booked I understood that we would be dropped off and picked up at the terminal. As we flew from Terminal three we found it a long walk from the station and, as I am not very good walking I found this very tiring. If I had known this at the time of booking I would have looked elswhere for parking. Otherwise everything was very good.

We arrived, parked our car, and climbed aboard a shuttle bus that was waiting and we were transported to the airport within 5mins. On our return we only waited 10mins for the shuttle bus and we back at our car in less than 5mins. EXCELLENT !! Will definately be useing this car park again.

Found transfers disappointing, firstly drop offs and pick ups were much better at terminals rather than the long walk from station to and from T2. Secondly driver on return trip seem to have no idea about where he was dropping customers off, made no announcements of where he had stopped and expected customers to know when to get off coach hard enough during day time but impossible when pitch black after travelling for many hours. NOT A SUCCESSFUL PROCESS!!!

I was pleasantly suprised, my wife who is not the world's finest navigator, found the parking area easily, a first, the one-way system is a plus for finding your car quickly. the cost is low compared with most in the area. It was well lit, (our return flight was late and also further delayed. The central collection point at the railway station is a good idea, it is very easy to remember the pick-up point. Entering and leaving the parking site is so simple and quick, some keep you hanging around but you don't even have to get out of the car, brilliant!! I would definitely use this carpark again. The only downsides were being dropped off at train station instead of terminal but it's not too far to walk along the concourse and it's all under cover. We had to wait about 15 mins for the bus back to the car park but it wasn't too bad.

Thanks to the helpful staff at the car park my holiday went off to a flying start, on arrival at the car park my electric windows failed to close, thanks to the help of the staff I was able to repair them, even if I was unable to repair them the staff offered to sheet up the window and allow me to park next to the cabin where they could keep a close watch on it whilst I was away. Thanks for all your help guys, I will definately use this park again and will be happy to recommend it to anyone.

Just as stated above really. The whole process was easy, quick and very efficient. The lady at the check in kiosk addressed us by name as we approached the booth - how did she do that? How did she know who we were? The friendliness of the staff at the park and on the coaches was a real plus feature.
