Park ideal for the airport and transfers good. On return found car to be dirty, not only outside but driver's side floor mat was very dirty.

On return from holiday, car parking staff had to go looking for my car as the location on envelope did not exist. Blamed agency staff. Previous years, no problems.

Service was very good, but the coach transfer out was poor - more customers than transfer coaches.

Have used this car park for many years. Close to airport, good service; however, there is not much of a saving over parking on the airport as there used to be. Many customers may be thinking same as myself - is it worth parking off airport?

Cars were in a very dirty condition on return, due to potholes and weather condition, looked like the cars had been on a rally. Bus on return was packed to overflow, with cases and people, driver drove with one foot up near the steering wheel, did not feel safe at all.

An efficient service that is easy to find. Security was good. Coach transfer was very regular - we were collected within 5 minutes of ringing after our arrival. Highly recommended.

Easy to book. Prompt attention with no delays. Ideal location. Bus waiting for us when we came out of the airport on our way back. Can't ask for more.

We arrived at 3 o clock in the morning and found that the staff were very helpful and efficient and there was a bus there waiting to take us. When we landed we didn't have to wait long for a bus and once at the car park we found the staff to be very helpful again. The only down side is that the car was covered in mud up the sides due to the car park suface. But if you want they will wash it down for you.

Considering we had a really early morning flight everything went smoothly, we only waited a few minutes before the bus picked us up. Coming home, before we had chance to find a blue telephone a Carminder 2 coach was pulling up outside. Excellent service. No problems encountered.

Pleasant and good vaulue for money. We were picked up promptly and delivered to our car. We had help with our baggage on our outward journey but not incoming.

Once we found you, the service was good. Suggest better signage on roundabouts.

We are pensioners and my husband had a heart attack early in the year so I have to do all the lifting etc. So it would have been nice for some help with the luggage on and off the coach.

The car park is A1 but the car needs washing after dry weather because there is very dusty ground.

Have used carminder for last 3 years - no complaints.

The staff where very friendly but I never liked the idea of leaving car keys in the ignition although on our return everything was in order so would definitely use again - many thanks!

On arrival at the start of the holiday, we had to wait quite a while to be taken to departures. Although there was quite a queue at the bus stop no member of staff came to explain the wait. On return from holiday - and making the phone call to say we had landed - we waiting a very long time to be picked up from arrivals. Then we had to go searching for the car in the car park with only vague directions. Also there did not seem to be any toilet facilites at the car park only at the main car park. In the past we have always used Premier with no problems and will use them again in the future as the service is certainly much better organised and quicker which is worth paying for.
