Park full of puddles - difficult to negotiate in dark on foot. Appreciate facility to park own car and keep keys - good security point.

Changed to a different car park to last time. Everyone pulled up in front of the busstop to unload, impeding entry. Well patrolled and competitively priced.

Car park surface had deep, muddy pot holes which my car had trouble avoiding and I could not avoid getting very dirty walking back to the collection point. We had to wait 40 mins for transport to and from the airport, also the security never checked our exit pass, he just waved us through.

I would use Carminder again because of the ease of getting to the airport, but the number of large potholes and general muddiness could put some people off. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Found car park ok. Parking surface dangerous, full of large pot holes. On leaving car, I slipped and fell into one of the pot holes. I was soaked to the skin. On arrival at the airport, I had to go and change before I could check in. I will not be using them again.

Horrendous. On arrival I was redirected (poorly) to a different car park than that specified on the confirmation email. When I eventually found the right car park, nobody was able to tell me where to park so I just had to guess. The transfer bus then took 30 minutes to arrive and took 10 minutes to get to my terminal (despite the website saying that they run on demand and take 3 mins!!!). I very nearly missed my flight thanks to this company. Do not use this car park if you are running to a schedule or expect any kind of customer service.

Transfer bus from terminal back to the carpark took a lot longer than expected.

Excellent service, 5 minutes from airport. When we landed, the bus arrived quickly to pick us up after we had telephoned.

Competitively priced, but if it rains, you will need Wellingtons to get to your car. The car park gets waterlogged and my car was in the centre of a very large puddle/lake when I returned to collect it.

This was well worth booking. The price was very reasonable, the location was excellent and the car was easy to locate upon arrival. Very good value for money.

Helpful, friendly staff. Quick and efficient bus transfer. I arrived back at night though and found the carpark quite tightly packed, which made manouverability quite hard, but I would definitely use them again.

The roads need concrete. The cars near the road were COVERED with mud. There were lots of puddles.

I would use the service again without hesitation at such low prices.

I nearly missed my flight due to early morning (not at my best) and had difficulty finding the car park. I don't think it's very well sign posted for someone not familiar with the area. But the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Would never use Carminder again. Seemed o.k. when we left the car, on a dry quiet night. Chaos on arrival back - staff seemed to cope, but were scruffy, sloppy kids - not professional. Dragged our cases over rough, dusty surface to get to car which was parked so tightly we had a job to get it out without hitting other cars. Dread to think what it would have been like in bad weather.

All in all, it is good value for money (I think) but the staff, especially the young girl on reception when I checked in, made me wonder if I'd made a huge mistake. A smile would help! Then the men in the car park didn't listen when I asked them not to leave my handbrake on. It causes my wheels to lock and I knew there'd be no-one there to help me at 2am when I got back. They didn't listen and the wheels did lock, but luckily I got the car to move.

In general, it is a good service at a very reasonable price and I will be happy to use again for 2/3 day trips. Normally airport parking is a rip-off.

Overall a good service was given, with prompt pick up on return. No long wait. Staff on return could have been slightly more helpful with regard to where the car was parked.

My car was covered up to the mid point on the doors in a light grey mud. This was also on the car mats inside. I was not impressed.

Returning late at night, I was given my car keys, but told they did not know where it was......just look in areas A and B. I eventually found it in D, half an hour later. Walking round a car park in the dark carrying a suitcase looking for my car was not the ideal end to a holiday.
