This was the second time we used Carminder and would recomend it as a good park/ride. Its only drawback is the surface is littered with potholes and unfriendly puddles when raining or in early hours. Value for money, we will use again.

Staff very offhand. No help with baggage on or off coach. Telephone on return not answered. Waited 30 minutes for a coach on return, temperature zero. when finally got to Carminder had to queue in the cold to get car keys. Had it been raining would have got drenched into the bargain. Never again...

In genaral I found the service acceptable. Quick transfer to Airport. Car park surface needs improving but overall good value for money.

Easy to find, efficient procedures, short transfer to terminal.

Used Carminder before, the car park is easy to find with quick parking and service, and reasonably priced.

Check in very quick and well set up. Pick up within 5 mins, friendly drivers. Coming back, once we had made the phone call the bus arrived within 10 minutes. Drop off was excellent, only downfall was that once got back the car park was flooded, which was a bit of a nightmare, but nobody's fault. First time we've used Carminder and will definatly not be the last. Recommended already to friends and family.

Having arrived, parked and unloaded luggage, after following written instructions, was informed that my parking space was back up the road in a totally different car park run by the same company! The car park surface was very rough and difficult to pull luggage on but luckily was able to park fairly close to bus stop where buses were very prompt.

We arrived exhausted around midnight after a 24 hour journey to find we had to spend another half an hour anxiously searching the car park for our car because it wasn't in the section stated. The transfer service was overcrowded and confusing. But at least they'd kept the car safe!

Ease of use and location to the airport was excellent, but the tiny parking spaces upon the tarmacadam surfaced area was a real let-down causing hardship to park and a real chance of damage being done to my vehicle, although on the un-tarmacadam surfaced area space was not as much an issue.

On arriving at Carminder although I had my booking reference they could not find my booking. Eventually they accepted my booking... they stated that they had had some problems with downloading some bookings... I was delayed but would still use Carminder again.

The parking surface was appalling - full of holes which were filled with pools of dirty water. The surface was not tarmaced, but was gravel. Some cars parked near the service road were covered in mud which had been splashed by passing vehicles. On our return we left passengers and luggage at the airport to collect after we collected the car, as pulling luggage over the car park surface from the bus stop could not be contemplated because of the dirt. Would definitely not use this car park again.

I use this car park regularly due to good value and reassurance that car is secure. Also easy to find and transfers short.

Location and speed of transfer was excellent, but the parking surface was wet and dirty. If you had heavy bags, you would need to carry them rather than wheel them. But on the whole it was definitely value for money. It was only for 2 nights.

I was surprised to be asked to leave my keys and hoped that I was not the victim of a "scam"......highly unlikely I know, BUT if I had been given this info at the desk I would have been better prepared. I was most grateful for the instructions on how to find the M62. It was my first time on my own. Many thanks.
