I waited one hour and a quarter in freezing conditions for transport to arrive. During this time I saw other firms vehicles return up to four times. I was unable to get an answer from the contact no for 45 mins... the driver of the bus that finally arrived remained in his seat not offering any loading assistance. The operative at the depot said they had problems with delayed flights at other terminals.

Reasonable price therefore good value for money.

I thought the service was very good and this is why I will be using Ringway Airpark again. The lady who served me and the man who drove the airbus were lovely. The airpark may be a bit difficult to find for the first timer, so leave plenty of time before travel as it isn't signposted at all. But on the whole, a definite recommendation for Ringway Airparks.

This is first time flying out of Manchester Airport but it will not be the last. Really excellent service from Ringway Manchester, the staff were extremely helpful and HAPPY! Thanks to you all...

Cannot fault service. Every aspect exceeded my expectations, and would gladly use Ringway Airparks again. (I arrived back one day later and was charged only £3 extra)

Very impressed with professional service, short transfer to the airport, very quick pickup on return.

This was a pleasant surprise after the last car parking site we used for Manchester Airport was terrible. They are organised and professionally run, didn't keep us waiting on either arrival or departure and it's not too far from the airport. Watch out for the roadworks on the M60 though, they can make you miss the junction if you're not careful.

Staff not be friendlier. Can't complain about anything.

Would use this car park again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

I found the service to be excellent in all respects. Prompt courteous service.

Main problem was the transfers which were very slow, however this was due to roadworks which I do realise was not the car park's fault.

Very good car park, reasonable price.
